I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center were excellent. Great location too, close to all the main attractions. Overall, a wonderful hotel experience that I would absolutely recommend to others.

I finished paying in advance with the app, but I said I couldn't confirm it, so I asked him to pay again, so he even confirmed the reservation number stored on his mobile phone and the contents of the payment, but he said he didn't know. After a long time, I didn't apologize for confirming that it was a trip.com app, but the room was also broken. It was replaced again soon. The room was clean and the facilities were good, but the condition was not good, so I put the temperature of the air conditioner up and fell asleep, but someone forced into the room in the middle of the night. The intruders were staff and they said they came to check because the room temperature was strange. But I know that the customer is in the room, but I was very embarrassed and scared because I broke in without any call or knock. The staff were friendly but there was no consideration for the guests at all. Hotel that I don't want to go again twice. It was less service than a 30,000 won room in Southeast Asia.

The entrance of this hotel is in a very remote place, and you need to climb a very high slope. Every time I call an Uber, the local driver can't find the hotel entrance after going around and around, and I have to follow the navigation for several circles, which is very troublesome. Even with the navigation, it is still confusing. It is really annoying. Secondly, the hotel's network is also very poor. Every time I come back from outside, I need to log in again. The network is also slow

Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio. The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis! The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul! Thanks Hotel Marquis Reforma! See you soon.

The location is good, prety close to the airport and to the old city center. Maybe the stuff might be a liiiittle bit more helpful, or a little less arrogant, that would help.

As you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous. We were upgraded to kingbed room. Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered. This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

The location of the hotel is good, there are many restaurants around. Because it has been a few years, some facilities in the room can see the traces of time. The service is quite satisfactory, the service at the checkin at the front desk and the outdoor restaurant on the second floor is not bad (pictures 2 and 3 are outdoor restaurants, I ate at the hotel when I arrived late, the food is not exquisite but tastes good). The concierge is more ordinary, with strange eyes and arrogant attitude. What is more excessive is the waiter in the buffet breakfast room. The room rate includes breakfast, but the guest still needs to sign a bill. We gave a tip of 50peso, but unexpectedly, the waiter added a 1 in front of 50 without authorization, and it became 150. It can be seen from the photo that the 1 in front of 50 is quite abrupt, and the writing and color are different from 50. (It’s also our own fault. We only wrote the tip, and didn’t write the total amount to save trouble, because we didn’t intend to give a tip. The waiter just took the coffee pot and asked if he wanted coffee. Apart from that, he didn’t provide anything else. Serve). After staying in the tipping culture for so many years, this is the first time I have encountered such a thing.

Great location. Accessible. The hotel itself is a museum, and theyve got a fancy music bar. Also has a good restaurant. Room service was 24/7 which is excellent for jetlag. The room however is quite dated. Bits of problems with the shower, but it's hot and cold. Frontdesk and room service speaks english.

Exceptional experience ! Ultimate Ritz Carlton experience, would highly recommend if you travel to Mexico City! Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name. We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and will definitely come back if we visit Mexico City again. Became a fan of Ritz Carlton now

Pros: Free bar, the restaurant staff is very professional and friendly Cons: The room is very very small! It is so small that you can't walk after opening the suitcase. The door is also very small. The cleaner put the slippers under the bed. The cleaner put the items in different drawers and cabinets, but there was no notice, which led to looking for things everywhere. One day after renewing, I was notified by phone that I had to pack my luggage and change rooms. Since I was in another state, I asked the reason over the phone whether the room type was different. The reply was the same room type because other people stayed in my room number. I couldn't understand it. When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, I took the initiative to ask the front desk again. The front desk explained that the room type was different, saying that we were now staying in a ”deluxe room” and I renewed the ”ordinary room”. Because I didn't move, I had to pay the difference. Is there a smaller room than this? Don't you have to crawl in and out? Moreover, the booking interface of Ctrip always has only two room types: single bed and double bed, and never has the words luxury or ordinary. Downtown hotels with similar hardware are much cheaper. Or hotels with much higher grade at the same price. Although the restaurant's value-added services are good, it's not worth it considering the price difference. The next hotels were also pitfalls. Ctrip's overseas hotel ratings have problems.
