the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is nice, clean and well-equipped. The furniture is of good quality, although not very comfortable (e.g. table, chairs). The window is almost useless. The hotel does not account for solo travelers: it allows one to book no breakfast or 2 breakfasts, but not 1.

This is my first time actually, well The cultural experience at lafayette hotel left us with many stories and great memories.. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.. the room is perfectly clean ..welldone Gracias

Room was okay but not very okay because trip.com purchase through 3rd party tiket.com and did not pass the room we choose non-smoking, so we ended up with room for a smoker and same level for all room for smoking. Hotel did a good gesture after we make a call to Mr. Bagus to solve this matter as hotel was full house to make sure our room comfortable, the housekeeping did change our sheet, and everything in bed also spray our room with perfume to make smoke odor gone. I was hopeless actually because the 3rd party was tiket.com local travel agent online which wasn't reliable like traveloka they are the same. But trip.com already apologize for the mistake and offer us as gesture a goodwill for their mistake, so I won't take any further action or complain as the hotel management already tried their best solved our problem. Thank you. I hope this never happen again in the future, they need double check and make sure their agreement with 3rd party is gone through very well and no mistake happen again

Great location, comfort hotel, breakfast OK, super great service! Will definitely coming back here when travelling to Jogja

The hotel is small and rather new. The parking area is enough and so is the breakfast. But the room is comfy enough for whoever wants to transit and spend a night. The bathroom looks newl. Don't hoping too much for this hotel. But the location is near to Ambarukmo Plaza Mall

I was looking which hotel to choose in Yogyakarta for sometime and decided to take this hotel because of its central location and quality. I can say that we liked everything and we’ve been six people or two families of three each. Very convenient parking service for the car. Excellent breakfast and quality of rooms. There is also SPA Centre inside which should be reserved, but they provide really good quality local massage.

Even though it was crowded when I checked in, there was only one front desk staff member, so I had to wait. It seems that they often use the hotel as a group, so depending on the timing, there may be a wait time or no seats available at the breakfast venue. The food was normal and totally fine.

Excellent service that made us so comfortable and the breakfast is so delicious with a wide variety. Their traditional welcome drink (also served at breakfast) is so delicious. We also ate dinner in the hotel one of the nights and the food was consistently good with an enjoyable live music performance. We left our phone charger in the hotel when checking out and the hotel even messaged me and offered to send it to me within IDR100k freight cost. Highly recommended.

i stay premiere room. the room quite big. very near to Malioboro by walk. the.breakfast okay. not much but okay. will stay there again.
