I was charged for an additional 288 Swiss FR for “additional guest”. when I checked out. only because I did not put My Son’s name when I did the booking, but I booked a twin room and my son naturally stay with me. not to mention he’s my 13 year old son. they can charge me for additional breakfast. That’s totally OK. but additional person for twin room?really? And Main thing I was not told I will be charged when I checked in. That is not fair I will reflect this to Swiss tourism office. Btw. The staff are 100% good. Very friendly but I am sickened by the strange policy.

The view from the room is very beautiful. You can see the Matterhorn. You can also see it from the restaurant. It is a very good view hotel. The food is average. We were very lucky to see the Matterhorn at different times. It is a different feeling to soak in the hot spring and see the Matterhorn. The hotel is located in a high mountain with an altitude of about 27,700 meters. People with altitude sickness should choose carefully. It is recommended that you contact the hotel in advance to help with the luggage after you get on the train to the station, because there is a hillside, and it is not convenient to carry a lot of luggage by yourself, especially when there is a lot of snow.

Thanks to the staff for upgrading the room for us, we can enjoy the beautiful view of Matterhorn from the terrace, which is very happy. The room is spacious, has a self-service dining area, and is fully equipped with stoves and cooking utensils. It is very suitable for skiers. The bathroom is very clean, there is a bathtub for soaking, and there is also a public swimming pool and spa. It's a pity that I didn't check-in earlier. I must come earlier next time to enjoy it. The location is excellent, only 4 minutes away from the train station, and it's easy to walk with your suitcase. It is walking distance from Gornergrat and Sunnegga stations, and there is a bus stop at the door to the Metterhorn Glacier Paradise cable car station. Breakfast is very rich and delicious. This stay is really worth the money👍🏼

There is no doubt that I will stay at the W Hotel again when I come to the Verbier Music Festival next year. Breakfast is something I will miss even if I live in other cities during my time in Switzerland. Very delicious. The surrounding environment of w hotel is even more intoxicating. It is very convenient to just go to the cable car. The scenery outside the room window is like a fairyland. The hotel waiters are all smiling and enthusiastic. There are free pick-up and drop-off services at the hotel when you go to nearby places. When I encountered travel and transportation problems, the front desk staff were really enthusiastic and perfect in helping me solve many problems. It was such a great stay that I could only come back again. Ha ha

Hello We got an awesome room or say , It was a Suite with super pretty view. Breakfast was awesome. One thing I did not like . There was no thermostat or temperature control on the room. We had a duplex room and in the Top , It was very hot. The problem was that we couldn't control it

The hotel is not average, the hygiene, environment, facilities and services are all good. The hotel is located on a mountain and has a good view of the air. The service was impeccable. We drove there by ourselves and gave the car keys to the waiter. Our luggage was delivered directly to the room. The car was parked for us and the hotel kept the keys for us. The front desk of the hotel helped upgrade the room, and the bathroom in the room has a steam room. The breakfast in the hotel is also quite good. I’ll come back next time if I have the chance.

The hotel is in a great location. The corner rooms offer a panoramic view of the Matterhorn from both indoors and on the balcony! A shuttle bus is provided from the train station to the hotel, but it is not far to walk there. The main colors of the room are milk tea and bean paste pink, which are soft and warm. The dry and wet separated bathrooms are spacious, with coffee machines, tea bags and kettles. Small snacks are provided every day (European desserts are not likely to fail). It's just that the coffee cups are not cleaned very well 😂. A feature of the hotel: the cheese hot pot cabin! Reservations are required, with a separate space, and the Matterhorn view is just outside the cabin. The cabin is small and warm, with music and dedicated service. The set meal is 75 Swiss francs per person, with pickled meat cold cuts, nuts, and three kinds of mixed cheese hot pot ingredients all from the local area, and the final dessert is also very exquisite. Overall value for money!

The hotel is very quiet and elegant, although it has a long history but is well equipped and well maintained. The hotel balcony can see the snow-capped mountains and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. The most worth mentioning is the service! The thoughtful service of the front desk brother makes people feel like a spring breeze and meticulous! During our stay, we experienced a real five-star service! ! Even on our way out of the hotel to Düsseldorf, the front desk brother called to remind me to go to Cologne Cathedral when I passed by. Great stay experience! Will stay in Switzerland next time! recommend!

Staff members are really friendly and have been taking a good care of the guests. The room is very comfy and relax. Definitely will stay at the hotel again when I get the another chance to visit Champéry!
