The bean soup was excellent and tasty, as was the salad.
It is said that if you haven't eaten roast suckling pig, you haven't been to Segovia, and you have to find an old shop to feel it. Compared with several other popular old shops that have been conquered by my compatriots, this old shop is the only Asian table, which feels more authentic. We ordered a set meal, which includes local soup, handmade bread, roast suckling pig as the main course, as well as a dessert and a glass of red wine, and the price is about 25 euros. The roast suckling pig is really delicious, with crispy skin, tender meat and juicy, which is really amazing!
