I couldn&#39;t go to Valencia so I found this restaurant. It is said to be the best paella in Madrid. Dinner is not open until 8:30. I ate alone for more than 2 hours. I drank two kinds of wine and asked for rum ice cream. The paella was so delicious that I couldn&#39;t stop eating it. The appetizer was actually green pepper and egg toast.

Today I came to Casa Mingo restaurant in Principe P&iacute;o, Madrid to eat roast chicken! This century-old restaurant is most famous for its roast chicken, sidra cider sausage, and sidra cider! The roast chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The whole chicken is about 10 euros, and two people can eat a whole one! It&#39;s super good! There will be a queue at mealtime! But it is worth a visit~ I strongly recommend it to everyone

This is a chain restaurant with several branches in Madrid. It specializes in Spanish snacks, which are economical and have a wide variety. I went there twice during my few days in Madrid. The service was OK. There were pictures when ordering dishes, so you don&#39;t have to worry about not understanding them. I felt that the dishes I ordered were all delicious. You can only see the pictures below to know what I ordered. I recommend a big glass of sangria.
