This retro Chu cuisine restaurant, tucked away in a Taipei courtyard, has a truly stunning ambiance—wooden furniture, warm yellow lighting, and vintage bookcase decor—and every photo is captivating. It's a true epitome of "beautiful cuisine." I ordered four dishes, and every one was amazing: 🍖 Pork Rib and Lotus Root Soup: The broth is incredibly rich, the lotus root powder so sticky it's silky, and the generous portion of pork ribs, stewed to tender, flavorful perfection, is incredibly refreshing. 🦆 Apple Duck: At first bite, I thought I was eating Zhou Hei Ya!
