The spiciness of the fresh chili and the fragrance of the perilla intertwined perfectly; I even wanted to take the broth home to use as a noodle dish! 🐦Sichuan Pepper Pigeon: The skin was as crisp as glass, and the aroma of Sichuan pepper slowly spread across my tongue. A birthday blessing is written in colored sand at the center of the round table. Even the napkins are printed with birthday wishes. Every detail is filled with a romantic atmosphere. The dishes are exquisite, with a perfect sense of taste. The Sichuan Pepper Pigeon King is a masterpiece. The numbing and spicy aroma permeates the pigeon meat, resulting in crispy skin and tender meat that bursts with juice with every bite. The bold Sichuan flavor perfectly complements the delicate freshness of the pigeon. The Guangxi Chicken King with Scallion Oil has skin glistening with amber-colored scallion oil. The meat is as smooth as tofu, infused with the aroma of scallions. Dipping it in ginger and scallion sauce enhances its sweetness. The Typhoon Shelter Fried Orchid Crab features crab meat coated in a golden rain of fried garlic. The flavor is savory, spicy, and slightly charred, with distinct strands of crab claw meat.
