When you're in Jiaojiang for seafood, this is a must-try. I love the decor, and the ambiance, service, and cleanliness are all excellent! We arrived early, so there were still tables available. By 6 p.m., the first and second floors were completely packed, and the only private room was already reserved. This place is perfect for family gatherings, get-togethers with friends, or company team-building events, but be sure to make reservations in advance to avoid a long wait. The hostess, despite her busy schedule, still takes care of every guest, recommending dishes, helping waitstaff with serving dishes, and escorting guests to their tables. The dishes are perfectly presented and flavorful. Our family of three recommended the following dishes: the marinated dishes, crispy large intestine, scallops with scallion oil, and drunken prawns, as well as the complimentary pre-dinner secret recipe peanuts and walnut wine meatballs.
#美食旬味会 #吃一家海鲜大餐 #地方可以吃的美食 #台州美食 #台州海鲜 Taizhou Food Farewell Bureau ✨ Laoguang Snail Wine, engrave the freshness in memory 📍Location: Taizhou City, Jiaojiang District, Laoguang Snail Wine·Raw Marinated and Drunk·Taizhou Xiaoxian in Jiaojiang East Business District, is our last meal before leaving Taizhou. After eating, we went straight to the train station. With this delicious meal, we drew a super fragrant period for our Taizhou trip🍽️ 🏠 Environment: A little cozy in the fireworks The decoration of the store carries the casualness and warmth of Taizhou's small restaurant. The warm yellow light is sprinkled, and the wooden tables and chairs are full of fireworks. Entering the door is like breaking into the locals' treasure canteen, relaxed and comfortable, especially suitable for the farewell atmosphere of the last meal~ 🦐 Must-eat dishes: Taizhou Freshness Appreciation • Raw pickled blood clams: The blood clams have a slightly salty and fresh wine aroma, and the meat is crispy and tender. When you bite it open, the freshness of the raw pickling goes straight into your nose. The essence of Taizhou raw pickling is all in this dish! • Cooked drunken swamp shrimp: The swamp shrimp is very solid, wrapped in a cooked and drunken sauce, with a perfect fusion of wine aroma and shrimp freshness. The shrimp meat is elastic and tasty, and you even want to suck the shrimp shell clean~ • Raw pickled crab roe: The crab roe is so fat that it is about to flow out! The raw pickling seasoning sets off the sweetness of the crab even more. Dig a spoonful of roe and match it with the crab meat. This delicious taste will never be forgotten~ • Hangzhou-style hot pot: The soup is so fresh that it makes your eyebrows drop! Cook some local small seafood, bubbling with hot steam, and after drinking the soup, you will feel warm all over, like the last gentle hug given by Taizhou~ • E's braised pork: I thought it was a "minor supporting role", but it turned out to be severely controlled! The fat and lean meat melts in your mouth, and the sweet and salty balance is just right. It can be paired with rice for half a bowl! After eating this meal, I ran to the train station with a mouth full of freshness. I felt that even the farewell became delicious~ If you come to Taizhou, after visiting the museum and the Civic Square, you can stop by this restaurant to enjoy the "freshness" of Taizhou. Next time you visit Taizhou, you must come to this restaurant first to continue the freshness✨ (Whisper: The signature dishes of the store are on the display board at the door, you can't go wrong if you follow them!)
