I don’t like tofu, but I also tried this Taizhou Baishuiyang tofu. It is rated as the Hermes of the tofu world by everyone. The lobster soup soaked rice is filled with small seafood such as shrimps and clams, as well as mushrooms and chicken feathers. It is delicious and refreshing, and the lobster soup is rich, which is very suitable for summer. The stone pot Wangci fish is Angzi fish, which comes up boiling hot, with pepper and sesame fragrance, and the potato flour is very fresh. It is relatively light on weekdays, and you can note less salt. Of course, the waiter will also check the taste of the previous dish from time to time. If they find it is too salty, they will immediately improve the subsequent dishes and serve drinks. In summer, a cup of hot barley water is very suitable for girls, warming and removing dampness. The dishes taste good, especially the Linhai Zaojiang, which I like very much. The sand garlic noodles are average, a little thin, and can't be compared with Jiangnan Rongzhuang.
