Although the dishes in the restaurant change from time to time, they are all delicious. This time I found that some of them have changed again, but the oysters, various barbecues, and desserts are all worth trying. The fresh food is also good.

Grand Hyatt Hotel Changsha. The buffet restaurant is in a great location, near Pozi Street, on the bank of the Xiangjiang River, next to Hisense Plaza and the famous Wenheyou crayfish. I came here during the National Day holiday to experience the restaurant. I won't talk about the decoration and service. After all, it is Grand Hyatt, and it is not worse than some Park Hyatts. The dishes taste okay, but nothing outstanding. There is still a certain gap compared to their flagship Chinese restaurant.

The dishes are rich, the ingredients are fresh, the environment is elegant, and the service is first-class. In particular, the service of Manager Liu and Liu Qing is particularly good.
