This Shuiwu Xiangjiang restaurant is really delicious and inexpensive. The table is full and every dish is very good. I like the hometown taste very much. It goes well with rice. There are sweet potatoes and red dates in Wuchang rice, which is a surprise. I like it overall!

Mao's Restaurant (Kaifu Wanda Branch) has good taste, authentic Hunan cuisine, warm and comfortable environment, a good choice, good and enthusiastic service attitude, the taste is heavy and spicy, a good choice, great.

The food in this restaurant is quite good, with good color, aroma and taste. The service is also very good. As for the price, I think it is acceptable. It is quite suitable for treating guests.

I admire Chairman Mao the most. The purpose of going to Mao's Restaurant is to taste the home-cooked dishes that Chairman Mao loved to eat during his lifetime and recall Chairman Mao's great achievements. It is also a rare enjoyment and spiritual cultivation. Now "Mao's Restaurant" has become a brand in Hunan, and Mao's cuisine is also a representative of Hunan cuisine. Braised pork in brown sauce is my favorite dish, but I can't eat too much.

When traveling to Changsha, we went to the famous Mao's Restaurant for dinner on the recommendation of a friend. The must-order dish on every table is the famous Mao's Braised Pork, which is bright red in color, fragrant, with alternating fat and lean parts, and is large and tempting. Fried pork with pepper, bandit duck, stinky tofu, chopped pepper fish head, etc. are also their signature dishes. But I like their stewed winter melon with green peppers and mushroom soup. Although they are vegetarian dishes, they are not bland. Instead, they are fresh, fragrant and delicious with excellent taste.

The dishes are good and taste good. The Mao-style braised pork is a bit greasy. The pickled cabbage and snails are average and very salty. The stinky tofu doesn't taste like what you expected. The fish head in Jiangshan Yipianhong is very fresh and tastes good. The best dish is the fried rice with preserved vegetables and oil residue. Yipin bamboo shoots and lamb are both good. The service needs to be improved.

From the exterior style and door to the interior hall and private rooms, the decoration style of Maojia Restaurant, one of the top 100 catering companies in China, reflects a strong, open and grand style. The signature dishes of the restaurant include braised pork, Jiangshan Yipianhong, and General Duck. Maojia cuisine is mainly local, spicy, and smoked. The dishes are local and special, and elegant.

I went there because of its reputation. The decoration style of the store is very beautiful, the environment is good, and the service attitude of the waiters is very good. I ordered braised pork, stinky tofu, oil-sugar cakes and other dishes. The dishes were colorful, fragrant and delicious. I liked them all. The braised pork was relatively large, fat but not greasy, the stinky tofu was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the sugar cakes were a bit like large glutinous rice balls without fillings. I can't eat spicy food very well, so I didn't order any spicy dishes. I will try other special dishes when I have the chance in the future.
