安吉土菜馆，这家就是一家家常菜，也是地道的本地菜餐厅，就餐环境还是非常干净和卫生的，这边的菜我最喜欢的还是鱼汤，真的是实打实的用料选材。

I made a plan before I set out, and I ate here today. The food was good, with a wide variety of dishes. The dry noodles were a bit like side dishes and were very delicious. You can also make your own bowl of soup. After one bowl, I felt satisfied and happy!

都说他家的美食没错，那应该是错不了的吧，这次来安吉以后我也去了阿露佳，都说他们家的美食种类丰富，而且不踩坑！果然他们家真是做到了物美价廉，品质又好，在这家餐厅享受各种丰富的美食，相当治愈。小炒肉也安排上了，还有老板娘说笋在当地比较有名气，各种新鲜的笋炒出来确实挺鲜美的，他家的用餐环境给人感觉也非常优雅，充满了家的特色，每一道食物的分量挺足，杂鱼煲是他家的特色，老板娘极力推荐我已经安排上了。总的来说他们家的美食是我喜欢的，这家餐厅值得打卡。。。。

✨This late-night snack shop has a very interesting decor. As soon as you walk in, you can feel the retro style of Anji Old Street from the 70s and 80s. Several private rooms are designed to look like classrooms! The seating in the lobby feels like you&#39;re eating on the street! Very cool! The day I went, the big projection was showing Crayon Shin-chan! Haha~

I ordered a few dishes, and the portions were huge! I was stuffed!
🍢Ningxia Salt Pond Beach Lamb Skewers: The meat was excellent! Huge chunks! Grilled and served, it was incredibly fragrant!
🍗Braised Goose: I loved it with plum sauce! The skin was crispy and the meat was tender! I devoured a ton!
🍲Shrimp Beef Congee: So delicious! It was a huge pot, and it came with a side dish!
🦞Crayfish: The heads were thoughtfully removed, making it very clean! The shrimp was chewy and flavorful.
I highly recommend this place for a late-night snack for those visiting Anji!

During my trip to Anji, I was lucky enough to taste a top-notch hot pot restaurant.

I have to say that the taste here is amazing. The soup base is rich and tempting, and both the spiciness and fragrance are just right.

The ingredients are impeccable. The shrimp paste is chewy and springy, and every bite is full of the sweetness of shrimp meat; the tripe is so fresh that it seems to have just been taken from the cow, and the crisp taste makes people unable to stop; the beef is freshly cut, with a ruddy color and beautiful texture. After being cooked, the meat is tender and melts in the mouth.

This hot pot restaurant is undoubtedly a shining pearl on the Anji food map, adding a strong touch to my trip to Anji.

After 21 years, I came to Anji again. The first meal was at this Anji Lao Tucai Restaurant. Lao Wang ordered stir-fried yellow eel, beef tendon and tripe pot, and Anji local bamboo shoots. I ordered scrambled eggs with green onions. Lao Wang&rsquo;s girlfriend Xiao Xiao Wang ordered gold medal braised duck and drunken shrimp. Stir-fried yellow eel: It is actually an eel tube, which is different from the eel tube I ate in Shanghai. The eel tube in Shanghai is a bit hard, but the one here is softer, and you don&rsquo;t have to worry about eating bones. It is not salty or bland, just right. I ate the most [grin][grin][grin]
Drunken shrimp: I don&rsquo;t like it, so I didn&rsquo;t eat it and won&rsquo;t comment
Anji local bamboo shoots: The three of us commented that this dish is the best among the dishes we had today. It is sweet and very suitable for the taste of Shanghai people. The bamboo shoots are also crispy and go well with rice.
Beef tendon and tripe pot: slightly spicy, with bamboo shoots and pickles. The tendon is chewy and not sticky. The tripe is the same, very chewy.
Gold Medal Braised Duck: It&#39;s the first time I&#39;ve eaten duck that combines sweet and spicy. It feels weird. The duck meat is tender, but to be honest, the duck skin is a little hard to chew. This is the only shortcoming of this dish. I hope it can be improved.
Scallion fried eggs: It&#39;s very fluffy. If there is a shortcoming, it&#39;s a little bland.

There&#39;s no big problem with the environment. For the service, the waiter is very enthusiastic, but it may be because there are not many waiters. Occasionally, I call the waiter once or twice, and it takes a long time for him to come.
