The resort was very modern and clean. It's location is a bit further from the hustle and bustle of Da Nang downtown but not far enough that it's an inconvenience. The distance meant that the beaches are less crowded, ideal for a more relaxing and private beach retreat. The staff was very attentive, going so far to even ensure our stay was pleasant especially when we had some minor complaints for some issues in our room. They were very quick to resolve it too. The spa was also very relaxing with unique ginseng oils from Sulwhasoo. The mango Bingsu and unique Vietnamese cocktails are a must try! Breakfast was delicious and abundant too. The room was very clean and comfortable with good soundproofing. Overall a very very pleasant stay and a highly recommended stay.

Breakfast is awesome! You can have breakfast until 11am. The room is spacious and clean. Very recommended for family.

Good location, 5 min walking from the Hoian old town. It's a resort style with a swimming pool in the center, surrounded by different buildings of rooms. Suites are located on ground floor within the lobby building with a bigger TV screen and backyard accessing to the pool. The rare building rooms are normal standard, kind of dated. Buffet breakfast offers western and Vietnamese food, mediocre level.

I lost my phone, so I couldn't fully enjoy this great hotel. The staff are friendly, smiley, and helpful. Bicycle rental is available for free, so you can get to Old Town in about 10 minutes. Of course, there's no problem using Grab at all. First of all, the room is spacious, although it may have felt that way because the previous hotel was a bit cramped. In particular, the double bed looks like two single beds put together, but it feels really spacious, like two queen-size beds put together. The balcony is directly connected to the pool view, and the view of the palm trees makes you feel like you're on vacation. There's no bathtub, but the bathroom has a separate shower area, and the bamboo towel rack is located in a very convenient location for use after showering, which is impressive. However, the bathroom is made entirely of glass, so you have to use the blinds. These days, bathrooms like this are seen, especially in higher-rated hotels, but they're always a question mark. The TV was a bit difficult to use, so I got help from the staff. It was a smart TV so I could watch Netflix and YouTube, and it was the only device I could use to check the time since I don't have a cell phone. The breakfast menu may be a bit disappointing because of the lack of variety, but considering the price, I think it's still great. The pool is small, but the landscaping is so pretty that it feels luxurious. What's especially impressive is that the floor where the beach beds are is connected to the water of the pool, so even if the sun shines down, the floor doesn't get hot. The details seemed meticulous. However, there's one thing I regret here. It's a fatal flaw, especially for me. There are trash cans in the garden around the pool where you can smoke, so smokers smoke naturally. In particular, this smell comes into the rooms on the second floor, making it very unpleasant. I think the hotel should have a non-smoking policy not only in the rooms but also around the pool. This hotel is quite popular with Koreans. Considering the cost-effectiveness, it's a great place to stay. However, I think I'd hesitate a bit. If the smoking problem around the pool isn't solved, I don't think I'll stick to this hotel every time, even if it means enduring it. There are plenty of cost-effective hotels in Hoi An.

The staff are friendly but speak very limited English. I asked them to help booking golf for me, they said yes yes yes … I arrive to the golf club the next day and no booking. Beautiful hotel, comfy room and bed, spacious clean nice bathroom, with terrace however no view just as the pictures covered by leaves, that’s also for guests’ privacy purposes. Cold aircond. Walking distance to the bustling town, free bicycles to use. Swimming pool was nice and a small gym facility. Breakfast with good choices, like any other hotels. Hotel provides tours too however quite pricey compared to do your own research. Receptionist and bell service were ok, did their service well just hope that they could be friendlier with more smiles.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the incredibly polite and welcoming staff who went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with a range of delicious options to suit every palate. Whether you prefer a hearty breakfast or a light, healthy start to your day, the Grandvrio Ocean Resort has you covered. Overall, my stay at the Grandvrio Ocean Resort was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. This hotel is in the absolute best position. We were a little disappointed in our room location, as we booked about 8 months ago and asked for a ground floor room with a river view. We also paid top $$ in full 8 months ago. So, when we were put in basically the furtherest room from the pool on the second floor we were disappointed. The rooms are very nice, and the free mini bar replenished daily was a lovely surprise. The restaurant breakfast was amazing, you could not ask for anything more. The pool area is stunning, but unfortunately, due to the dark grey tiling, it was extremely hot and uncomfortable (also the pool water was very warm, which I know can not be helped). We did try and book a couple of trips through the hotel, but they did not seem overly interested in this service. I also tried to contact them several times before arriving to arrange airport transfers, but never got a reply. However, all staff encountered were polite. In summary, I would definitely return to this hotel if offered at a reasonable rate. Mainly due to the location.

I regret that I have walked too far to other spa on the first day. The receptionist was quite helpful and informative. She arranged the car from hotel to airport with the price much cheaper than Grab. Don't forget to ask her anything you need. It is not very near to old town. But hotel has free bicycles and it took about 15 - 20 minutes. Please note that there is no lift, though.

AMAAAZING My 12 year old wanted to write the review 😊: La siesta is an amazing mini resort that has four swimming pools. I loved how I had a choice in what kind of pool to swim in, for example an infinity pool or a shallower one. The juices and drinks are all very refreshing. There was two restaurants, one with western food and another with Vietnamese food. All was delicious. The staff are all super polite and friendly and you receive some refreshing welcome drinks as you are checking in. The hotel looked stunning and is stunning. And even though it is close to a main road all sound is unheard. Me and my family rode some bikes into town which is not that far away. La siesta is so good that we have decided to return after 2 days! I would highly recommend La siesta if you would like a relaxing holiday by the pool side or sitting having a beer. Vi our welcome advisor was amazing as were all the staff in the restaurant and the gentleman who helped us with our luggage.

The hotel is overall really nice! We love our room plus the complimentary herbal hot water where you can dip your feet after a long day. The old town is not that walkable from where the hotel is located. You need to take a short Grab ride. The breakfast included in the room is not so good too I guess because it’s ala carte and there’s not much options, so maybe better to just eat outside or order from their restaurant.

The hotel is very clean and beautiful hotel, using blue and white tones to decorate. Makes the room look very spacious. The bathroom is wide and clean. Luckily, the hotel upgraded the room to be bigger than before. Traveling with 2 people, but got a room with 3 beds, separated to sleep far apart. Balcony next to the river 😄 So happy. The price is not expensive, but the room and breakfast line are very complete. Great value. Not far from the old city. The hotel can call a car to pick you up and drop you off. Recommend this hotel. If I have a chance to come to Hoi An . I Will come back and stay here again.

Check-in was very quick, which is always appreciated. The indoor garden area is a real oasis, with a well-kept pool and spaces for playing and reading. The room itself is great: a comfortable and spacious bed, with no disturbing noises, which allowed me to rest perfectly. The bathroom was also in excellent condition and the facilities were of high quality. In addition, the breakfast is varied and delicious, a perfect way to start the day. However, the only drawback was the location of the hotel. It is located on a small island about a kilometer from the city center of Hoi An. This means that for any activity or entertainment, you need to travel to the city. Although there is a traditional evening show on the island, the offer is limited and seems to be designed to attract guests of the hotel and the nearby shopping center. Most visitors prefer to go to Hoi An, which is much more attractive and vibrant. In short, although the hotel is of high quality and offers a pleasant experience, the location may be a factor to consider if you are looking for more entertainment and nightlife options. My stay at the hotel was generally good, but I had an unpleasant experience with the shampoo, gel and conditioner containers which were made of ceramic. These were placed on the bathtub, and when trying to bathe comfortably, one of them fell and broke. This was not only inconvenient, but also posed a risk of accident, especially in a bathroom where it is common to be barefoot. To top it off, the hotel charged me an excessive amount for the broken container, which I found unfair. In many hotels, the dispensers are made of plastic to avoid accidents like this. I think they should consider changing to safer materials for the comfort and safety of guests. In short, although the hotel has positive aspects, the choice of materials for the bathroom products left a lot to be desired.

This resort is beyond gorgeous. The view from the beach pool is incredible looking out over the infinity pool to the beach. The grounds are kept immaculate and maintained everyday. It is about a 15 minute drive into hoi an centre, and there are free shuttles offered everyday. Although it would be great if there was another shuttle bus available in the early afternoon instead of just early morning and evening. Staff were very helpful and kind.

Really beautiful resort! Exceeded my expectations. Breakfast buffet was really good, I was honestly impressed. I wish the bar and convenience store took card, but the fact that there was even a 7/11 there was great. Was about 15 mins away from old town which was around 35000+ dong by grab bike. Pool and beach were beautiful. Rooms were clean and looked like pictures. Friends also had a great time, would visit again!

The service is good. The staff are very patient and smiling. There are welcome drinks after check-in. The five-bedroom villa is large, newly decorated and clean. We are very satisfied. There is a room on the first floor near the swimming pool, three rooms on the second floor, and one room on the third floor. Each room is equipped with a bathroom and the area is about the same. This is great. When allocating rooms, some families will not have a psychological gap. A little further ahead is the beach, with hammocks, swings and other facilities. The waves here are quite big. All in all, highly recommended!

Compared with the Four Seasons Hotel where I have stayed before and nearby luxury hotels such as the InterContinental Da Nang, the basic room rate of the Four Seasons Hotel in Hoi An is as high as about US$800, but it does not provide corresponding value and experience. In this price range, expect a luxurious experience, however, Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An seems to have fallen short of those expectations. Firstly, the interior design and decoration of the rooms and public areas at Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An are decidedly less refined and impressive compared to nearby luxury hotels. While other luxury hotels often stand out for their unique architecture, exquisite artwork and sophisticated interior design, Four Seasons' design seems relatively bland and lacks personality. It even felt a bit mediocre, too hard, and not like the style of the Four Seasons at all. This prevents guests from experiencing true luxury and taste within the hotel. In addition, the quality and variety of breakfast at the Four Seasons Hotel are clearly inferior to those of surrounding luxury hotels. Other hotels in similar price brackets often offer more breakfast options and higher-quality cuisine as well as tranquil spaces. Guests often expect to experience unique cuisine at breakfast, but Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An failed to deliver this experience. All things considered, the Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An may not be the smartest choice for guests willing to pay a premium for a luxury experience. While nearby luxury hotels (Aman Nha Trang, InterContinental Da Nang, Regent Phu Quoc, etc.) offer a more refined and unique experience in a similar price range, Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An fails to live up to that standard. Therefore, I feel that the price of Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An is not worth paying. Of course, the hotel swimming pool and beach are very beautiful, but I personally think these two points are the only ones worth experiencing. It is better to just eat a coconut.

Breakfast is very good! The service staff is very welcoming and knows a little Chinese. The hotel location is a golf course and the environment is very beautiful and clean. It is a bit far from the city, about 10 kilometers, but it is convenient to rent a motorcycle for 2 kilometers.

It was nice that it was next to a golf course, so I could rest and play without having to travel, and the reception was friendly, so I had a satisfying time. Next time I go to Da Nang or Hoi An in Vietnam, it will definitely be Hoiana.

Stayed for 5 nights and was very satisfied. The room type is one bedroom and one living room. The living room has a dining area and kitchen utensils are complete, including pots and pans, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. Advantages: The hardware and software are all five-star, quiet, and soundproof (this is very important for a person who sleeps very lightly. There are too many motorcycles in the busy area, which is a nightmare for me). The stay is very comfortable and the service is also very good. The beautiful front desk lady who checked us in when we checked in was named Hyeri ( Truong Thi Que Anh). We added her Watchsapp when we checked in. We contacted her during our stay and she responded very quickly. Special thanks to Hyeri ( Truong Thi Que Anh). The breakfast is very good, and there is actually ice drip coffee. One cup every day to start a beautiful day. There is a swimming pool and a gym. The disadvantages are also prominent. It is located in a remote area, and there is nothing around. There are several food stalls 1KM away, but we did not try them. However, the hotel has a free shuttle bus that can be sent to Hoi An Ancient Town, Da Nang City, and Da Nang Airport, which makes up for this shortcoming and is not inconvenient for us.

The hotel is great, I liked the staff very kindly, the only thing is that the pool needs to be cleaned, although no one swims in it anyway
