Location was perfect for concerts goers at Impact Arena by the skywalk bridge. Will book back here for concert purposes. Overall the cleanliness was decent ok, though I understand that special request is upon availability but still kind of disappointed shocked when I was given totally opposite of what I requested.

Was there for Concert trip! Prefect accommodation for concert trip at Impact Arena. Only 5 min walking distance to Impact Arena and this hotel located just 20-30 mins from Don Mueang Airport. Highly recommended for those fans who want to go for concert trip!

Great stay! The room is spacious and clean. The location is convenient 5 min walk to BTS station, plus there is a big mall close by. The amenities are the highlights of the hotel with big swimming infinity pool and a big gym.Highly Reco!

From the moment I arrived, the staff provided exceptional service, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the rooftop! The panoramic views of the city skyline were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. Whether you’re enjoying a cocktail at the rooftop bar or taking a dip in the infinity pool, the atmosphere is pure luxury. The ambiance, music, and lighting create the perfect setting for a relaxing evening. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The hotel’s restaurants also offered a fantastic selection of gourmet dishes, with impeccable service to match. If you’re looking for a 5-star experience with world-class service and a rooftop that will leave you speechless, I highly recommend .Can’t wait to come back!

Hotel is located in the distance of shopping malls (Pantip and The Mall Life Store Ngamwongwan) where you can walk to main road or take motorbike around THB 10-15. The hotel is closed to minimart and silent in the night time. However the cleaning maid is very loud in early morning since the reception informed to check out before noon. We can hear anything from outside or the walkway in front of room. Anyways the price is value to spend.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel boasts a very convenient location; a taxi to the concert venue cost only a little over 10 yuan. Even if taxis were scarce on the return journey, the subway (MRT) was a good alternative, though it might require a transfer. The only minor issue was that the room wasn't very soundproof.

- Noisy Air Conditioner – The air conditioner was extremely loud, and even after adjusting the fan speed, the noise level remained the same. This made it difficult to sleep. - Traffic Noise from the Road – Being on the 18th floor, I could still hear traffic noise from Rattanathibet Road throughout the night, which was quite disruptive. - Disturbance by Hotel Staff – On 3pm-4pm, a hotel technician kept knocking on my door repeatedly and even attempted to have housekeeping open my room. I assume there was a misunderstanding regarding room numbers, but this caused unnecessary inconvenience and concern. - Inconvenient Bathroom Setup – In the wet zone of the bathroom, there was only a soap dish designed for bar soap, despite the hotel providing liquid soap. This made it inconvenient to use the provided amenities.

The ambiance and service were both quite good. However, the location was a bit out of the way.

The location of the accommodation is good. The staff provides good service. There is a free massage machine and free ice. It is clean. Next to the hotel is a restaurant with a good atmosphere. If I have a chance next time, I will stay here again.
