Got electric towel warmer/ bars in the toilet. Location quite satisfactory. Calling BOLT to renowned tourist sites from the hotel ~€15-20 per trip . Calling BOLT from the hotel is very convenient. Asia Thai restaurant... walking distance. ~80m . Reasonable price. Walking distance to a convenient store. Breakfast simple but satisfactory for €18 per person. Free wifi. There's a pizza hut/ near to the hotel/within walking distance also.

PERFECT location with easy access to the Metro station and a short ride into the city. I was booking for a Chinese couple travelling to Europe for their very first time and despite their limited English ability, they were looked after very well during their stay. My email to the hotel was answered quickly and although the hotel has no Chinese speaking staff available, they were comfortable throughout their stay. Breakfast spread was not as extensive as the couple had experienced in their travels around Asia so this was the only lesser comment that they had but overall, the hotel is highly recommended.

Clean and comfy room. Decent size for two pax. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed it. The only downside was they couldn’t find our reservation during check in as we used a 3rd party. Aside from that all is good!

Hotel’s hardware is good and new, while the service is mediocre where their air conditioning system is switching itself off every 15mins which made me unable to sleep at all and forced to swap room at 5am. While their hotline is not working at all during the first night where i had to go to the lobby myself at 5 am. The rest of the stay is fine while they apologized for the air con mishap. The street outside the hotel is under construction currently and is very dark at night, might made people feel a bit dodgy at night while i can see people smoking **** at the park nearby per photo. This is kind of expected given the convenient location of the hotel.

We 3 people stayed in a junior suite. The footage is spacious but not well laid out. We can’t find enough spots to hang our towels and coats. The shower/ bath wall is made of some red acrylic materials that you can vaguely see through. If someone is taking a shower while the other people sleeping on bed, the light is annoyingly penetrating through that semi translucent wall and affects sleep. The location is very central, convenient to all the sightseeing spots and transportation. That’s the main reason that we chose the hotel. Hotel breakfast is very good.

The luxurious facilities and excellent service of the hotel, as well as the upgrade to a larger room with an open view, made me feel unparalleled comfort and elegance. The location is super convenient. You can reach the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysées in just ten minutes. It is an ideal place to enjoy a high-quality life.

its a really perfect room！As a foreign it's hard to accept the different taste.But the room has a little kitchen! It really surprised me,you can buy something you interested in the super market,it's really makes me feel like a native😍 Also the staff is very nice and kind!.In the next time I go to prais，i will definitely choose it again！

We had a very good experience The location is amazing. Room was big the bed was very comfortable. The most amazing thing about this hotel are the staff!!! We felt like they are doing everything they can to make us happy. We will definitely come back. Thank you 🙏🏻😃

The area is very satisfactory, the French style appearance, the service is also in place, the English communication is barrier-free, the scenery outside the window is very typical of the Paris street.
