Taking advantage of Hong Kong Airlines' winter seasonal route Hong Kong-Yonago, I took a solo trip to Yonago Yonago City, a hot spring town that is considered a niche among Japanese people, for two days and three nights. If you book an outdoor hot spring room with a white fan, you can see the Daisen Mountain directly from the balcony. The room decoration is traditional and has a sense of age, but the hygiene standards are very high, and the overall experience is very comfortable. Yonago City is not very playable except for the surrounding Daisen. There is Conan Town nearby and you can go back and forth on the same day. The hotel is a very traditional Japanese style hotel where you stay and eat for two, and the food is very authentic. In addition to the private baths in the rooms, the hotel also has two public baths. Basically all the guests are Japanese, and only Cantonese and Taiwanese Mandarin can be heard in Yonago City. Overall, it is a hotel and travel destination worth experiencing. I hope that Hong Kong Airlines or Hong Kong Express can open similar niche direct flights again this year, so that we can have more interesting travel plans before and after the Christmas holidays.
