Ramen Ramen Beef Bone Ramen Unique soup is refreshing and charming

Each region in Japan has its own unique ramen flavor, and the most representative one in Tottori is beef bone ramen. La Men Lai Xiang has two stores in Yonago City. This time we came to the main store near the Yonago City Art Museum, about a 15-minute walk from Yonago Station. Lameng Laixiang uses beef bone soup as its base, and you can choose between salt, soy sauce, miso and other flavors. There are also three types of rice bowls to choose from. I ordered the combination version, which has three slices of barbecued pork, a half-cooked hot spring egg, bamboo shoots, shredded wood ear and bean sprouts. It looks rich and presents well. I chose the salty soup base which can better taste the original flavor. Unlike the usual thick white pork bone soup base, the beef bone soup base looks much clearer and tastes very refreshing and smooth, not too greasy.
