#balilife Nusa Penida totally stole my heart! 💛 The whole island is packed with breathtaking views and hidden gems that are just waiting to be explored. But guess what? We only had one day to spend there – definitely not enough! 😅 We went for the West Nusa Penida tour, and honestly, every stop was amazing! We made it to Kelingking Beach (yes, the famous T-Rex spot 🦖) and wow, the view from above is absolutely insane! The cliffs, the turquoise water – it felt like a postcard came to life. 📸 Then we explored Angel’s Billabong and Broken Beach – nature’s own infinity pool and this stunning natural arch that made me just stand there in awe! 💦⛅ Of course, we wrapped up the trip at Crystal Bay, where the vibes were super chill, and the water was crystal clear (totally lives up to its name!). 🌊🍹 There’s still so much waiting for me on the East Nusa Penida side, like Diamond Beach, the Tree House, Peguyangan Waterfall and Atuh Beach. #balilife 📍 Tanah Lot Temple is one of the most famous sea temples in Bali. 🌊 The temple is located on a rock, surrounded by the ocean, and during high tide, it looks like it’s floating. 🚶♀️ There’s a nice walking path leading to the viewpoint. You can walk close to the temple when the tide is low, but I didn’t cross the water path. I just enjoyed the view from the main area and that was already beautiful! 🍃 The walk to the temple is very chill and breezy with lots of local shops and snacks along the way. 🛍️ You can buy souvenirs or just enjoy window shopping. 📸 It’s a great photo spot, especially during sunset! 💡 Tips: Best to visit in the late afternoon for cooler weather and sunset views. You don’t need to cross the water path to enjoy the experience. But be ready—the queue here is real! 😂 Even though we went early in the morning, there was already a long line of people waiting for their turn. The good thing is that the system is pretty organized. Everyone gets a number when they arrive, so you can relax and explore the area while waiting for your turn. The queue moves smoothly and you won’t feel rushed. And guess what? It’s not just about the gate! You can walk around and take beautiful photos at other spots in the temple complex too. The peaceful surroundings, mountain views, and quiet corners make it a lovely place to explore beyond the famous photo. Travelled across this gem of an island. Absolute paradise for those looking for sun, sand and sea. Had the opportunity to undertake a Balinese cooking class to get a greater tatse of the local cuisine and culture, which I highly recommend. Brilliant to see the local markets in Ubud with all the different ingredients required for a traditional meal! Visiting Gili T was the end of this trip, very easily reached from Bali. The walkway is quite narrow. Those who are afraid of narrow spaces must skip it. - Kelingking Beach *A hill that juts out into the sea, shaped like a T-Rex. Many people call it T-Rex beach. 👉Day 3: - Broken Beach - Crystal Bay - Banah Cliff Point *It's quite dangerous. The walkway is quite slippery. Prepare a good pair of sneakers. As for us, those who are waiting for rubber feet, don't do it. - Take a boat back to Bali. 👉Day 4: Stay in Ubud - Pura Ulun Danu Bratan - Tirta Empul or the temple with the holy spring - Tanah Lot Temple *A temple that juts out into the sea. When we went, it was raining lightly. It was the first day of rain, but we couldn't walk across the temple. So sad.

From Monkey Forest, you can walk your way to Ubud Palace, it would take only around 10min. Just be aware that there would be some monkeys roaming the streets, so be mindful of your belongings while walking. When you finally reach the place, you can just directly go inside. The Movenpick is a large resort with majority of rooms overlooking the awesome pool area. Right next door is the Samasta Lifestyle Village with a variety of shops and restaurants. All of the rooms at the Movenpick Resort Jimbaran are a great size with modern amenities.
