I chose a plain croissant to taste the real taste, without being overpowered by any pastry, filling or toppings. What can I say? You obviously used low-quality butter. The croissant had a bitter aftertaste in my mouth. If you position yourself as a premium coffee shop with a relatively high price tag, please use French butter or at least European butter, but not Israeli butter. Service and atmosphere are good. We found a Zurich bread cafe on the main road of luang prabang old town, The coffee shop is beautiful decorations, large outdoor seating space, and indoors with cool air-conditioning. It is a truly relaxing and friendly atmosphere. They serve a local luang prabang breakfast with noodles, spicy chili sauce, and a lot of choices for Western breakfast with delicious breads, coffee, and tasty desserts. My highlights - Delicious pork noodles with spicy chili sauce must try. The coffee I recommend Illy hot latte coffee. Zurich Bakery, located on Sakkaline Rd, Luang Prabang, is one of the few satisfactory cafes. The texture and flavor of the bread, including the croissant, are excellent, and the taste and aroma of the coffee are also good. The brunch menu is also impeccable, but I do not recommend the menu with salmon (it seems difficult to find good salmon in Laos).
