Historic buildings

Yongmunsa Temple is located on the mid-mountain of Yongmun Mountain, 9km northeast of Yongmun Station on the Central Line. It was rebuilt during the reign of King Sejong and enshrined 2 Buddha statues and 8 Bodhisattva statues. Most of the buildings were destroyed during the 6.25 Incident, and three annexes including the Daxiong Hall and the Bell Tower are currently preserved. Walk up 2km from Longmen Temple along the valley, and you can see the dragon carved stone in the shape of a dragon horn on the mountainside. From here, go up 1km, and there is a huge stone that can accommodate more than 100 people. There is also an amusement park that children love in Longmen Temple, which attracts many family tourists. The amusement park has facilities such as Rapid Ride, Pirate Ship, Carousel, Bumper Car and FamilyCoaster. Jungwon Valley is 30 minutes away from Longmen Temple. Before coming to Wucun Bridge, do not cross the bridge, but enter a one-way road on the left. It is about 6.5km from Ochon Bridge to Jungwon Valley. Jungwon Valley looks small, but climbing along the valley gives you a superb view along the way. After walking for about 15 minutes, I heard the sound of rushing, and the 3-stage Chungyuan Waterfall appeared in front of my eyes. With a drop of about 3 meters, you can feel cool just by listening to the sound of the waterfall.
