However, we arrived too late and the boss said they were out of ingredients😭, so we went to Guohui instead. Although I didn't get to eat at Hu Yang Stewed Bread (Dunhuang Branch), it has a great reputation👍, so I recommend you give it a try~ 🌟Guohui Hu Yang Stewed Bread (Market Alley Branch) This is an old restaurant👏, and there was still a line when we arrived at 9pm🧐. We ordered a Hu Yang Stewed Bread, a crispy eggplant, a fried egg with sand onion, a donkey meat yellow noodle, and a roasted bun. In Dunhuang, Hu Yang Stewed Bread and donkey meat yellow noodles are quite representative of the local cuisine😉, so you must try them. The mutton in the Hu Yang Stewed Bread is stewed until it's soft, and the noodles are very flavorful, but the meat has a bit of a muttony taste🤔; I'm not used to the donkey meat yellow noodles, the donkey meat is boiled, the noodles have a bit of a soybean paste flavor, and there are things like diced meat, dried tofu, and diced king oyster mushrooms, it's a bit like fried sauce noodles. These two restaurants are across the street from each other, next to each other, and the taste is similar, both are delicious😋.
