The Tsunoshima Bridge In Japan
#tokyo #bridge #tsunoshima #scenic #photogenic #views #ocean #Japan
The Tsunoshima Bridge is a must visit place as this Bridge is at 1780m long that connects the island of tsunoshima to the main island on Japan, while driving on it you will be surrounded with blue clear waters on the left and the right, but do take note, no stopping is allowed on the Bridge itself except for a few dedicated stop points.
This Bridge is popular for one who loves ocean drives, but if you do want to take a photo you can head to the Amagase Park before you start crossing the bridge to have a photogenic shot of the long curved bridge over the waters. I assume, the best time to take this shot is at sunset.

Reaching the far end corner of Japan’s Honshu
Yamaguguchi Prefecture is the western most prefecture of Honshu. This is where you will find the beautifully built Tsunoshima Bridge connecting Honshu and Tsunoshima. At sunset, we stopped at all 4 corners of the bridge ( there are observatory on 3 sides, and the fourth one on the small island is through a narrow path ). The view was absolutely amazing.
Within 30 minutes drive south from the bridge, there is also Fukutoku Inari shrine facing the sea, and the two husband and wife rock by the sea. There is no parking for the rocks, but you can stop your car on the side curb, and cross the road when there is no car.

A Must-Visit! The Tsunoshima Ohashi Bridge.
The Tsunoshima Ohashi Bridge, spanning 1,780 meters, connects the main island of Honshu in Yamaguchi Prefecture with Tsunoshima Island!
Often featured on television and as a filming location, the bridge's breathtaking views of white sandy beaches and the cobalt blue sea have become a hot topic on social media!
Driving while gazing at the beautiful sea is exceptionally pleasant and a cut above the rest🩵
Pedestrian and bicycle traffic is also possible on the bridge, and it's recommended to enjoy cycling or walking while feeling the sea breeze☺️
On the Honshu side of the Tsunoshima Ohashi Bridge, there is "Amanose Park," which is an excellent spot for capturing the bridge's spectacular views!
It's a luxury to be able to take photos while feeling the sea breeze and the magnificent view🩵

Tsunojima Bridge
The photogenic Tsunojima Bridge stretches over the beautiful sea.
It was a sunny day, so the contrast between the blue of the sea, the white of the road, and the green of the island was beautiful, making it a perfect photo spot!
The bridge can be crossed for free, so I drove back and forth several times while enjoying the beautiful sea.
There are parks on both sides of the bridge, which I recommend as photography spots.
There are various tourist spots on Tsunojima, so when you visit Yamaguchi, be sure to cross the Tsunojima Bridge and explore Tsunojima.
The bridge is also suitable for cycling, and there were rental bicycles available, so try it out on a nice day.
