[2025 Osaka Stay] Travel Guide for Tokyu Stay Osaka Honmachi (Updated Jun)

The hotel is located between Honmachi and Kunsuji-Honmachi Stations. Both are less than 5 minutes' walk away. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street. There is a Life supermarket nearby. The room is quite big, with a large double bed, 2 bedside frames, a dining table, 2 chairs, and enough space to open a large suitcase. There is a microwave in the room for heating up food. There is a washing machine and dryer in the room. The hotel provides laundry detergent. However, it takes time to dry clothes. For 2 sets of winter clothes, it takes about 3.5 hours to complete the washing and drying process. There is only shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper, toothpaste and toothbrush in the hotel room. Tea bags, combs, hot coffee, chocolate, etc. need to be picked up at the reception on the 18th floor. There is also a luggage scale on the 18th floor. There are 2 paid washing machines, a soda machine, and a gym room on the 2nd floor. 🚩 Sightseeing Route: 🗓️Itinerary Scheduling: Morning: I started the day with Osaka Castle and the Nishinomaru Garden is beautiful and after that I went to Shitennoiji, one of the oldest temple. Lunch: I went to Namba Shinsaibashi for lunch and picked some souvenirs. Evening: Went to Dotonburi in the evening to see the famous neon lights eg glico running man and the Donki Ferris wheel. The hotel is located between Sakaisuji-Hommachi Station and Honmachi Station. It is a good value, the rooms are clean and tidy, there are convenience stores nearby, restaurants in the underground street, and just two blocks away you will reach Shinsaibashi-Suji, which leads directly to Dotonbori's major shops.

The electric kettle was also Balmuda. There is a coin laundry in the hotel, but it is very convenient to be able to do your laundry in your room and it doesn't cost anything, and you don't have to go out of your room to get it!! There are only a limited number of coin laundry machines, so it's great that you don't have to worry about that. However, there are of course rooms without washing machines, so please check the official website for details!! Also, it is about a 10-minute walk from Tokyu Stay Osaka Honmachi to Shinsaibashi. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, so I think it's a great place to stay!

#japantrip This hotel really has to offer every single details that 5 stars hotel offer! The hotel lobby is located at 18th floor, also this is the floor that amazed us! The hotel lobby is overseeing Osaka city with full glass surrounding. The hotel breakfast also located at this floor too. The hotel room offers wash+dry machine and build in iron board also, very handy for travellers that need to wash clothes 😍 Psst! The hotel is 5-10mins walking distance from train stations!

Since it opened in 2020, tourists have been giving a lot of good reviews in many online travel agent platform and here I am to visit and stay for 4 nights. In my opinion, the overall rating for this hotel would be a 9 out of 10: 🚙 Transportation: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Less than 5 min walk to Hommachi Sakaisuchi Station. - 8-10 min walk to Hommachi Station and it is only 1 station away from Shinsaibashi and 2 stations away from Umeda. 🛀🏻 Facilities: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Washer dryer offered inside the room (FREE) - Clothes dryer is inside the room as well - Free drinks such as coffees and teas offered and the guest can serve themselves in the 18F lobby while overlooking the stunning city view - Money exchange machine available 🎖️Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - EN staffs available - turn down service provided in a daily basis but it would be a limited housekeeping service such as change towel.
