Although it was a two-hour all-you-can-drink period, the quality of the wine provided was higher than expected. It was not the kind you could buy in a general supermarket. It was carefully selected and tasted light in body with strong bubbles. You could feel the aroma of minerals absorbed by the soil where the grapes were planted.
