From the magnificence of the Yuanyang Rice Terraces, to the historical heritage of the ancient city of Jianshui, to the diverse culture of Mengzi, it showcases the unique charm of nature and humanity. The Left Bank team traveled across mountains and rivers to explore the "taste code" of Honghe Prefecture, skillfully combining Yunnan's natural ingredients with French cooking techniques to bring out the exquisite Yunnan-French flavor.
