In addition, ancient buildings such as 'Meeting Immortal Bridge' and 'Water Source Pavilion' are dotted around, each detail embodies a profound farming culture and hermit philosophy. The Peach Blossom Spring in Changde is the authentic Peach Blossom Spring described by Tao Yuanming in his novel Peach Blossom Spring during the Eastern Jin Dynasty in China more than 1,600 years ago. It was first built in the Jin Dynasty. Historically, it is one of the four major Taoist holy sites in my country. It is known as "Thirty-five Caves in Heaven and Forty-six Blessed Places". For thousands of years, literati such as Tao Yuanming, Meng Haoran, Wang Changling, Wang Wei, Li Bai, Du Mu, Liu Yuxi, Han Yu, Lu You and Su Shi have left precious poems and calligraphy here. In front of Taohuayuan is the surging Yuan River, and in the distance are the rolling Wuling Peaks. There are towering centuries-old trees and clear streams here.
