Takamura Wine & Coffee Roasters in Osaka, Japan - A 200 Tsubo Specialty Store
After visiting the Nakanoshima Museum, why not find a coffee shop for your next stop? Just a 15-minute walk across the bridge, you'll arrive at an incredibly large store!
"Takamura Wine & Coffee Roasters" is a wine and coffee specialty store located in the Nishi Ward of Osaka. With a spacious area of 200 tsubo, the store is stylish and roomy, showcasing around 3,700 types of wine, as well as top-quality home-roasted coffee, including beans that have won the prestigious Cup of Excellence.
The space is somewhat like a cultural and creative warehouse, with a standard industrial decor that's lively instead of cold. The high-ceilinged atrium is filled with a variety of coffee and wine-related products on the first floor, a sight to behold, and you might need a shopping basket cart to slowly browse through!
You can also order a cup of coffee and a doughnut, then head to the second floor to find a comfortable chair or sofa to lounge on. It's no exaggeration to say that the tables, chairs, and sofas on the second floor are like those in a furniture store, each with a different style!
There are various seating areas on the first floor and outside as well, with fewer people during the daytime on weekdays, making it hard not to sit down for a while. It's an orderly yet chaotic place, a fun and interesting spot for treasure hunting.
