The bed was comfortable and their service was good too. They also provide basic amenity inside the hotel. Teppanyaki Minami within swissotel is also highly recommended, especially for Accor Plus members. Swiss Advantage room feels of old luxury and still still comfortable. Concierge was very helpful with my questions, and also assisted us to use luggage delivery for the first time.

The reception desk staff kindly told me about a good restaurant nearby, so I was able to experience downtown Osaka happily. I had a hard time finding the hotel check-in location, but when I found it, it was in the best location. The check-in location is on the 6th floor of the department store, next to Tag Heuer, and you can take the escalator up. There is an elevator that takes you straight to the ground, and there is also a direct train and subway to the airport. You can ask when you check in. The room size is also spacious, so it is comfortable and nice. The view from the breakfast restaurant is also great, as shown in the photo.
