The admission into this Shrine is free and no booking is required for both locals and foreigners, for parking, you can park around the Shrine which is a short 3-5mins walking distance to the Shrine. Also, do remember when entering the Shrine, walk up the long flight of stairs to the top of the Shrine to have a view of unblock scenery of Melbourne city.
