[Melbourne] City Jade: Fitzroy Gardens, Royal Botanic Gardens, per capita consumption 200AUD
#ItinerarySharing #100 Ways to Travel Melbourne, a charming city that combines modern urban and natural scenery, is like an emerald embedded in southern Australia, shining with greenery and vitality. The diversity of culture and art here, as well as the unique charm of natural landscapes, make Melbourne a tourist destination full of surprises.
**Urban Jade: Greenery in the City**
Melbourne’s green spaces are scattered like emeralds in every corner of the city. First up, something you can’t miss is Fitzroy Gardens. This century-old garden has enchanting green lawns, lush trees, and the fairy-tale-like Captain Cook’s Cottage. Taking a walk here, you can feel the stillness of time and wander in the embrace of history and nature.
If you want to further experience Melbourne’s urban jade, you might as well go to the Royal Botanic Gardens. This vast garden is a world-famous botanical treasure trove, housing a wide variety of plants from around the world. Walking around the park is like entering a natural green museum. Whether it is the tropical plant area or the aquatic botanical garden, it is an excellent place to have close contact with nature.
**Natural Jade: Beautiful surrounding scenery**
Leaving the city, the natural landscape around Melbourne is as crystal clear as emerald. The Great Ocean Road is undoubtedly one of the brightest gems in this emerald. Driving along the winding coastline, the spectacular Twelve Apostles standing tall in the blue ocean contrast with the emerald green forest, all of which take your breath away.
In addition, the Dandenong Ranges is also an emerald secret worth exploring. The temperate rainforest here, with giant eucalyptus trees and ferns, makes you feel like you are in prehistoric times. Taking the Puffing Billy Steam Train through this green mountain forest is a retro and romantic experience that is endlessly memorable.
**Emerald Light of Art and Culture**
In addition to the natural landscape, Melbourne's art and culture also shine like emerald. Graffiti in the alleys of Melbourne’s urban area is the best expression of contemporary art. These colorful works of art add unique vitality and creativity to the city. At the same time, the State Library of Victoria, with its magnificent architecture and rich collection of books, also exudes the light of knowledge and culture, attracting tourists from all over the world.
**Conclusion**
Melbourne is like a multi-faceted emerald, with different beauty reflected from every angle. Whether you love nature or pursue culture, you can find your own piece of emerald light here. Enter Melbourne and let this jade of the Southern Hemisphere shine in your heart!

Scorching hot day in the botanical garden
... but totally worth it!
My friend said that Melbourne is no different from Sydney, but she was definitely not talking about the weather.
When we were here, the weather was not really pleasant and changed gradually day by day. It was cold in the first day, pretty cozy the next day and scorching hot the last day. And unfortunately we decided to go to the botanical garden on the hottest day lol.
The garden is massive, and we did not expect that as the botanical garden in Sydney is not as big. It was spectacular, and the staffs were so friendly. However, we got really tiring after walking non stop in such a hot day, so we did not have the chance to went through all the stops.
Anyways, it is really worth checking out when you visit Melbourne, very beautyful place.

Melbourne | I found a stunning picnic spot!
Botanical gardens are really the best place to take kids for a walk!
Every visit will bring different surprises.
Last time I went to take pictures of hydrangeas and newly opened brunch.
Saw many people having a picnic by the lake.
The children are clamoring to go on a picnic next time.
This time I specifically found a super beautiful tree.
Have a picnic under the blooming tree!
Melbourne's blooming tree truly brings joy to one's heart 🌸
Does anyone know what kind of flower this is?
The tree is big and the flowers are beautiful.
Melbourne's four seasons are all romantic!

#parksandgardens I had an incredible day at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Melbourne. As soon as I stepped inside, I was captivated by the stunning landscapes that stretched out before me. The gardens are a perfect blend of native and exotic plants, creating a vibrant tapestry of colors and scents.
I wandered through the Indigenous Australian Garden, where I learned about the significance of various native plants. It was both educational and inspiring to connect with Australia’s rich natural heritage. The highlight for me was the Rose Garden, which was in full bloom. The sight of so many beautiful roses, each with its unique color and fragrance, was simply breathtaking.
Strolling along the paths, I found myself in Fern Gully, a peaceful area filled with lush greenery. The gentle sound of water flowing added to the tranquility, making it a perfect spot to pause and reflect.
I also spotted some lovely wildlife, including ducks and colorful birds, which made the experience even more special. After exploring, I settled by the lake, where I enjoyed a moment of peace, soaking in the beauty around me.

I absolutely adored my time roaming the royal botanical gardens. It was a magical experience. Every spot within the garden was beautiful, i loved the pond, the green house, the mini dessert succulent garden. There was so much life in the pond, i could see turtles and swans. it was so lovely! Truly like walking into a monet painting. The only thing i didn't like was how hard it was to get around but you get used to it eventually! Such a gorgeous and beautiful place and it was free! I went with all my girl friends, and we had the time of our life, and took so many pictures. Everything was lush and gorgeous and well-kept. The atmosphere was unbeatable. The gift store was a bit expensive, but they housed a plethora of beautiful things, from plates and gardening items and adorable trinkets. It was a fun and great time!

Melbourne's prime photo spot—The Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne!
The Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne, my favorite park with none other, not too crowded and very comfortable!
The Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne is a botanical garden located to the south of Melbourne, with the Yarra River running through it. You can see rowers on the river, and there's a café by the riverbank where sitting down for a cup is also very pleasant!
People are sunbathing on the lawn, gathering, or running, making it a perfect place for a leisurely afternoon stroll!
There are many native plants and century-old trees, which are super suitable for sunbathing on the lawn, very relaxing!

Melbourne's character is defined by its eclectic mix of modern skyscrapers, Victorian-era buildings, and a dynamic arts culture that can be found in every corner of the city🏙️.
Wandering through the city's famous laneways, I was enchanted by the ever-changing tapestry of street art that adorns their walls. Each alleyway was like an open-air gallery, showcasing the city's creative pulse and the talents of local and international street artists🎨.
A visit to the Royal Botanic Gardens was a peaceful retreat from the urban bustle. This verdant sanctuary, with its diverse collection of plant species and tranquil lakes, provided a serene space for leisurely walks and picnics🌿.
Experiencing Melbourne's coffee culture was a highlight. The city's laneways and arcades are dotted with charming cafes, each offering expertly crafted coffees and a cozy atmosphere, epitomizing the laid-back yet sophisticated spirit of Melbourne🍰.
Taking a tram ride to the St. Kilda beachfront offered a scenic view of Melbourne's diverse neighborhoods and led to a relaxing afternoon by the sea. The historic Luna Park, with its iconic entrance and vintage rides, added a touch of nostalgic fun to the beach experience🎡.
Remember, Melbourne's weather can be unpredictable. Carrying an umbrella and dressing in layers will ensure you're comfortable as you explore this dynamic city, known for experiencing 'four seasons in one day'🌦️.
