Osaka Yakiniku Rikimaru Guide: A feast of all-you-can-eat domestic Wagyu beef, NT$230 per person, you’ll have to eat until you leave with your arms around the wall!
Osaka Yakiniku Rikimaru, this popular yakiniku restaurant famous for its cost-effective Japanese Wagyu beef, is a paradise for meat lovers! There are branches in Shinsaibashi, Namba, and Sennichimae. We recommend going to the Shinsaibashi Minamisemba branch, which has convenient transportation and an excellent service reputation.
The store offers two all-you-can-eat set menus at 2,980 yen (about 138 yuan) and 3,480 yen (about 162 yuan). The difference lies in the variety of meat options. We strongly recommend the 3480 yen option, which includes signature cuts such as beef tongue, diaphragm, and ribs, as well as offal platters, fried chicken karaage, and other side dishes. Even the rice is made from premium Koshihikari rice! We highly recommend the "Premium Salted Beef Tongue", which is seasoned with light salt to highlight the sweetness of the meat; although the "External Diaphragm Block" is surprisingly large, the tender and juicy taste will definitely make you say it's worth it. For dessert, don’t miss the grapefruit sorbet, which is a great way to relieve greasiness. You can scoop the ice cream by yourself to maximize the experience.
Although the environment has a slight smell of oil smoke, which is common in barbecue restaurants, the independent booth design ensures privacy, and the waiter's thoughtful half-kneeling service adds to the comfort. Please note that large portions of meat such as diaphragm pieces are recommended to be shared among multiple people to avoid affecting the tasting of other dishes. Open until the early hours of the morning, and reservations are recommended for dinner. You can enjoy all you can eat Wagyu beef for only NT$230 per person, which is the best value for money in the Osaka BBQ world!
