The owner is Beijing Yixi Zhi Di. The site is a traditional and non-traditional Siheyuan. The traditional part is a two-entry Siheyuan in the core area of Beijing city, which is square and regular, and the surrounding buildings are all Siheyuan. The design began with the aim of creating an architectural experience space where the traditional space of Beijing's old Siheyuan and the new space that fits the time meet. A roof corridor system is introduced to unify the front and back courtyard spaces, forming a spatial sequence of three levels of paths in the sky, on the ground, and underground. The corridor system also provides more consumer places. The overall spatial experience forms three levels of climbing and looking into the distance, shuttling through the courtyard, and exploring the underground, enriching the spatial experience. Red and green are one of the classic colors of traditional Siheyuan. The first entry is based on these two colors. The courtyard is a traditional red space, and the indoor restaurant is mainly green.
