👍 Let's talk about how we choose restaurants. Search for the food you want to eat on Google maps. If there are more than 1,000 reviews and a score of no less than 4 points, you will basically not make a bad choice. The following restaurants are ranked according to personal preferences~
𝗧𝗼𝗽1️⃣
Shop name: Nihonbashi Seafood Donburi Tsujihan Nihonbashi Main Store
Address: 1F, Jiuying Building, 3-1-15 Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo
Business hours 10:00~22:30 (LO.22:00)
No reservations are accepted, only queueing on site. The fish here are extremely delicious! The sea urchin was sweet and had no fishy smell at all. The tuna slices that came with the meal were of high quality and the sauce that came with it was unique and I had never tasted it before. Finally, leave half a bowl of rice and add some sea bream broth (you can also add rice). The fish soup is delicious and warms the stomach, and I finished it all in one go! [Great value for money! 】The egg rolls are also delicious~

Store name: Ebimaru Ramen
Address: Japan〒101-0065 Tokyo, Chiyoda City, Nishikanda, 2 Chome-1-13 1F
You can make reservations through tablecheck or queue up on site. Strictly speaking, it is not a traditional Japanese ramen restaurant, but more like a modified Taiwanese ramen restaurant. It has a unique taste and is well worth a try! It must be mentioned that the welcoming pumpkin soup is rich and dense, like flowing pumpkin Basque. As a Basque lover, I was immediately conquered! The soup and rice served at the end is also not to be missed!

Store name: Gyukatsu Motomura Ueno
Address: 2F, 4Chome-10-17 Tezuka Building, Taito City, Ueno, Tokyo, Japan 110-0005
You also need to queue up to eat at this restaurant, and this one has the longest queue in Tokyo. But it tastes really good, I especially like their vegetable salad, and the beef quality is also quite good.
Eel rice recommendation👍
Store name: Tanyaki うなFuji Yurakucho store
Address: H-12, 1st floor, Hibiya OKUROJI 1-7-1 Uchisaiwaicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo
The eel here is dry-fried, and I recommend trying the eel liver! It's very aromatic with a slightly bitter taste, which I personally love! Finally, we finished with soup and rice, which was very enjoyable~
Ono Wagyu Rice
Store name: Roast Beef Ōno Akihabara
ローストビーフOhno Akihabara Store
Address: Japan 101-0021 Tokyo, Chiyoda City, Sotokanda, 1Chome-2-3 Tsuchiya Building, Basement 1
The low-temperature aged raw beef rice bowl may not be something I can appreciate, but I personally think it tastes better than redrock, and the beef flavor is richer~
Fried pork cutlet
Store name: Kazuki Shibuya Store (カツキチ)
