We had lunch at Suijinen, a restaurant in Jindaiji, Mitaka. We had the spring-only cherry blossom viewing banquet. It was a course meal, but the portions were just right and even my elderly family members finished it all. And from start to finish, it was full of spring ingredients, so we could feel spring all at once. We were able to enjoy spring ingredients such as cherry blossoms, bamboo shoots, sawara, bracken, and rape blossoms.
