An Energetic Art Museum in Osaka
Located on the 27th floor of the Umeda Sky Building, this museum offers the world's first 3D images that allow you to step into the paintings. The energetic exhibits are always impressive no matter how many times you see them. Unusually for an art museum, most of the works can be photographed (with signs indicating non-photographable pieces). After your visit, you might enjoy soaking in the atmosphere at the Sky Cafe. This museum is highly recommended for sightseeing in Osaka.

The Interweaving of Sky and Art
Day 1: Lost in the Sky of Art
Today, I visited the Koji Kinutani Tenku Art Museum in Osaka. This museum is located high up, offering a panoramic view of the entire city of Osaka. Upon entering, the first thing that caught my eye was the grand glass wall, through which the sky and the earth outside seemed to merge into one, making me feel as if I were in the clouds. The artworks inside the museum blend modern and traditional elements, especially the abstract paintings that seem to tell silent stories. Each piece invites careful appreciation, and I found myself completely lost in these poetic works, feeling as if I had entered a completely different world. The art here is not only a visual shock but also a spiritual cleansing.
Day 2: Wandering in the Embrace of History
On the second day, I visited the Osaka Museum of History. This place feels like a treasure trove of time, with each exhibit area telling the story of Osaka's development and changes. From ancient samurai culture to modern urban construction, every detail made me feel the profound heritage of this city. The museum also offers various interactive displays to better understand Osaka's history, making me feel like a part of it, sharing the same breath and fate with the citizens of Osaka from the past. Standing on the museum's observation deck, overlooking the entire cityscape of Osaka, I truly felt the endless charm of this city from history to the present.

Osaka Attractions | Visit the works of Japan's most popular mural master—Kouji Kinutani Tenku Art Museum
Attractions: Kinutani Koji Sky Art Museum
📍Address: Umeda Sky Building West 27th Floor, 1-1-30 Oyodo, Kita-ku, Osaka
🕰️Business hours: 10:00~18:00
💰Average consumption: Adults: 1,300 yen, university, high school, junior high school students: 800 yen
💞Recommendation reason: Kinutani Koji is a famous Japanese mural master who uses 3D technology to make his paintings come alive. This is the Sky Art Museum on the 27th floor of the Osaka Sky Building. It can be arranged together with the night view of Osaka. People who like art can come and visit. The first impression is that the style and colors are very bold. Only by putting on 3D glasses can you truly enter Kinutani Koji's world. The museum is divided into two areas, red and blue. Some places do not allow photography, so the photos that can be provided are limited. We will have to wait for you to actually go there.

The Colors of the Sky: A Stroll Through the Koji Kinutani Tenku Art Museum
Located atop a skyscraper in Tokyo, the Koji Kinutani Tenku Art Museum is like a sanctuary of art suspended in the clouds. Taking the elevator to the upper floors, as the doors open, a kingdom of colors unfolds before your eyes. Koji Kinutani's works are known for their bold and expressive brushstrokes, with each painting capturing the magnificent moments of nature on canvas. As I stepped into the exhibition hall, the massive painting 'Symphony of the Wind' immediately caught my eye. The intense reds and deep blues intertwined, seemingly merging the changing sky with the stirring of the soul.
Notably, the museum also features an immersive digital experience area, allowing visitors to be surrounded by art. As the brushstrokes of the paintings transform into flowing lights and shadows, accompanied by soft music, it feels as if time and space have come to a halt, leaving only a pure dialogue with art.
Standing by the observation window inside the museum, gazing at the bustling Tokyo and the vast sky, one can't help but feel that this sky museum not only houses Koji Kinutani's masterpieces but also the infinite imagination and emotions of every visitor.

Exploring the Sky of Colors: A Visit to Koji Tsutaya Sky Art Museum
Stepping into the Koji Tsutaya Sky Art Museum, located high above the ground, feels like entering a magnificent feast of colors. This is not just an art museum, but a realm where the sky serves as a canvas and imagination runs wild.
The breathtaking oil paintings by Koji Tsutaya greet you, each brushstroke seemingly ablaze with the fire of life. The vibrant reds, deep blues, and dazzling golds intertwine to create a stunning visual feast. Amidst the play of light and shadow, I felt as if I could see the wind soaring through the clouds and sense the rhythm of the sun, moon, and stars. The most delightful surprise was the immersive digital installations that make viewers feel as if they are being drawn into the paintings, soaring between reality and imagination along with the artist's creativity.
From the high-level exhibition halls of the museum, you can overlook the cityscape, where the sea of neon lights blends with the colors of art, merging reality with dreams. The Koji Tsutaya Sky Art Museum is not just an artistic baptism but a journey of the soul, allowing one to be intoxicated by the poetry of colors, leaving an unforgettable impression.

[Osaka] Increase your luck with the energetic Koji Kinutani Sky Art
Koji Kinutani Tenku Art Museum in Umeda Sky Building
@kojikinutani_tenkuartmuseum "Energy - Gods of Nature" Until June 30
I think you can enjoy it without prior information, but after learning about this, I definitely want to go! ️. I think you'll enjoy it more if you know the details 💡 I failed to go to the Floating Garden Observatory, so please be careful 🫡-———————~————This is on the 27th floor of Umeda Sky Building Tower West. It is opposite the observatory building.
This is an experiential museum of Western-style painter Koji Kinutani, who is the recipient of the Order of Culture in 2021. Just watching it was a work full of energy that made me feel lucky~🐉As soon as I entered//🗣 "Congratulations on the Hiryu Fujimon" \\It was painted because Mt. Fuji was registered as a World Heritage Site🗻
"Fujimon" is the idea that all things, such as "good and evil, life and death", are not separate, but are essentially connected as one. /🗣 3D images \\It feels like you put on 3D glasses and enter Kinutani's painting. I thought this was my first experience! ️, but it seems to be a world first attempt. —————————————Kinutani wants to regain each person's color without suppressing individuality with the Japanese education and culture that is unique to the Japanese, such as "It's not scary if we all cross together" and "Right turn right". He wants to express that in his works. 👏👏👏 It's wonderful/🗣 The mystery of the 55 pieces of work on display every time (lol) \\ I searched a lot, but nothing came up💦
But it seems to have a meaning. lol
I looked up the angel number 55 naively lol "Let go of the past and prepare to accept new changes," so maybe it's a message to the world? ✟ ✞ ✟ ✞ ✟✟ ✞ ✟✟ ✞ ✟✟ ✞ ✟✟ ✞ ✟ ✟ ✞ ✟✟ ✞ ✟ ✞ 📍Koji Kinutani Tenku Art Museum Address: 1-1-30 Oyodonaka, Kita-ku, Osaka 531-0076 Umeda Sky Building Tower West 27th floor Tel: 06-6440-3760 (during opening hours) ✟ ✞ ✟✞ ✟✟ ✞ ✟✟ ✞ ✟✟ ✞ ✟ ✟ ✞ ✟ ✞ ✟ ✞ ✟✟ ✞ ✟ ✞

Osaka | The stunning Sky Art Museum - Step into the world of Yukiji Kinutani
😌
Across from the Umeda Blue Sky Building, the Sky Art Museum
is a little piece of happiness I gained from my trip to Osaka❗️
This 🔴 unique art museum
has given my senses a small yet wonderful surprise♥️
📖
Yukiji Kinutani is one of the most active contemporary artists in the Japanese art scene
The museum is located on the 27th floor of the Umeda Blue Sky Building's Tower West
An elevator on the first floor takes you directly to the museum🎨
You need a 100 yen coin for the locker before entering the museum
🌸
Kinutani's works are extremely colorful
First, enter his painting world with 3D glasses
This is also the world's first attempt at this novel approach👍
A short film of just a few minutes also opens the door to exploration
🎏
The 'wet fresco' paintings, made using one of the oldest mural techniques, are definitely worth savoring
The brightly colored paintings and sculptures have a high saturation👀 that catches the eye
There are also many works with local Japanese themes
Conveyed in bold and innovative ways
Mount Fuji🗻 and Osaka Castle🏯
Various myths and fierce creatures are all unique
You feel as if you can experience Japanese culture firsthand
Yet this culture is so stunning and unconstrained
☁️
The cloud carpet at the entrance echoes the theme of the sky
The blue and red sections display Kinutani's own story
🟦The blue section features Western-style frescoes from his study period in Italy
🟥The red section features various works themed on Eastern culture
☕️
Highly recommend the café here❗️
The huge windows are also a great spot to view the Osaka scenery
There's also a recent exhibition of children's painting✍🏻 competition results
You can't help but marvel at the creativity and skill of the children nowadays

The museum's Sky Cafe is amazing!
It is located on the 27th floor of Umeda Sky Building. The view is great, the space is artistic, and the cafe time was extremely comfortable. You can use Tenku Cafe without entering the museum, but I recommend using it after entering the museum (it's a free zone, but you can't just enter it). I recommend enjoying it while lingering after the museum.

Admire the Floating Garden Observatory and walk around the art museum opposite
One of the free itineraries on the Tour Card,
After visiting the Umeda Sky Building-Sky Garden Observatory,
I found out that the Sky Art Museum is on the 27th floor of the building opposite.
Kinutani Koji's art exhibition,
Ticket price: 1,000 yen/person.
But the travel card is also free.
Just take a walk along the way.
There is no need to queue for the Sky Art Museum on the 27th floor.
After showing the travel card,
The staff will give you tickets, introductions, glasses, etc.
Just enter and watch.
A Japanese 🌈 staff member who was explaining the event asked,
"Is your Japanese good?" "Not good!"
“What about English?” It’s also very poor! ”
After we looked at each other and laughed,
Communicating successfully in English 😂~
Look at the paintings.
Just sit at the door and watch the 10-minute 3D work video.
Still good, worth a look!
