The vast expanse of hilltop terrain provides breathtaking panoramic views overlooking Fuchu and the heart of Tokyo, while the garden itself is renowned for its impressive collection of around 500 plum trees, which bloom in a spectacular display of colors from the beginning of February until mid-March. Mogusaen is not only a sanctuary for nature enthusiasts but also a haven for bird watchers, as it is home to a diverse array of wild birds that can be observed throughout the year.
