During the Lunar New Year holiday, I embarked on a mysterious journey to the hometown of embroidered balls, Jingxi City, with the ancient Jiuzhou Ancient Town as my destination! 🚗 As soon as I arrived, I couldn't wait to explore the depths of the old street and found a unique guesthouse that made me feel like I had traveled to another time and space. 🏠✨ The guesthouse even offered free entry to the scenic area and free parking! 😍 In the evening, I strolled along the stone-paved streets, soaking in the festive atmosphere. Although there weren't many people, the locals were very friendly, creating a harmonious and peaceful vibe. 🏮👫 Children were happily playing with fireworks, reminding me of the innocence of childhood! 🎆 What amazed me the most was the colorful embroidered ball lanterns hanging at the entrance of every house. Although it is an ancient town, there are not many ancient buildings preserved in the town. After entering, it looks more like a new countryside. The villagers still live here, and every household makes embroidered balls. It is a new village that is thriving and keeping up with the times. Of course, walking through the village to the depths, Wenchang Pavilion, Dianjiang Platform, and the ancient stage still retain historical marks. Among them, Wenchang Pavilion is the most classic representative building of the ancient town, standing in the water and perfectly interpreting the traditional Chinese landscape and cultural mood. As the upper reaches of the Detian Transnational Waterfall, I was moved by a photo of a herdsman walking on a bridge with smoke curling up. However, it is a pity that this special moment of atmosphere is hard to come by.
