We skipped the **Canal Transport Museum** after reading reviews that it only covered this section of the canal and had mediocre exhibits with high ticket prices. We had already visited the China Canal Culture Museum in Liaocheng, which covers the entire canal system nationwide, is free, and has excellent exhibits! About the Food: Huaian is one of the birthplaces of Huaiyang cuisine, one of China's four major culinary traditions.
