[2025 Tokyo Attraction] Travel Guide for Godzilla Statue (Updated May)

You can get to visit Toho Studios right up to the entrance in Setagaya, Tokyo. Here, you'll see that right in front of the main building, stands a fierce-looking Godzilla Statue that you can go up and take a picture with! if you pay attention to the wall behind, you'll see that it's tail has given it a big scratch. The building is also covered in a huge mural of the Seven Samurai that covers the entirety of it's side! Don't miss out on the huge Godzilla mural that's by the intersection if you walk a little past the statue. You'll also catch a glimpse of their other departments for pre-production, post-production, etc. all on separate buildings. #springitinerary Godzilla Road is pure Tokyo fun. You’re just walking through the middle of the city, bright lights, big signs, tons of energy and suddenly, there’s a giant Godzilla head peeking out from a hotel roof like he owns the place. The street itself is packed with everything: arcades, ramen joints, karaoke bars, and random chaos. Classic Shinjuku vibes. But the Godzilla Hotel (real name: Hotel Gracery) steals the show. If you time it right, the big guy even roars and lights up every hour during the day. Super random, super awesome. This isn’t some deep cultural experience, it’s just loud, neon, and ridiculously cool. Perfect stop if you’re already exploring Kabukicho. Grab a drink, snap a selfie with the king of monsters, and dive back into Tokyo’s wildest neighborhood. Because honestly, what’s a trip to Japan without at least one Godzilla sighting?

Inside is vanilla mousse, blackcurrant mousse, and blackberry. The cake is filled with vanilla mousse, blackcurrant mousse, blackberry jam, and a beautifully cut cross section. Definitely a cool statue of Godzilla albeit a bit smaller than expected. However, it is still a statue of Godzilla and it is literally right next to TOHO!! It is super easy to get to, kind of tough to get a good picture of, and for the Japanese locals, just another statue it doesn't seem out of place whatsoever. If you are a Godzilla fan, you definitely should go see this one as its one of the easiest and completely free attractions to see in Japan! I wish to go back here in 2024 #2024wish
