this place is adorable and not too crowdy on the morning. it guarantees you a relaxing morning walk with great snacks like these. I forgot the name of it. it costs only 15 RMB and is super delicious. it's actually fruits in caramel sometimes wrapped into Rice paper which dissolves in your mouth. Thus not too pricey it's super nutritious and I didn't want to eat untill evening. As I approached the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda in Xi’an, I felt the thrill of stepping back in time. The towering structure, rooted in the heart of China’s ancient capital, seemed to echo tales of history, spirituality, and grandeur. Built over 1,300 years ago, this pagoda was originally constructed to store Buddhist scriptures brought from India by the famed monk Xuanzang. Standing before it, I could almost feel the spirit of his adventurous journey and dedication. Why visit the Wild Goose Pagoda

#cherryblossom2024 The seven story pagoda is more than 1.300 years old. It was the first one not made of wood, in order to avoid being destroyed by fire. For an additional fee of 25 yuan you can go inside and walk up to the top floor. The entrance to the square where the pagoda is located is 30 yuan. So the total cost is 55$. After entering the pagoda itself there is a small store selling keychains with the Chinese zodiac sign in pagoda motives. They are beautiful and cost 15 yuan each. A got a few for my family and friends. They come in bags that are even cuter. The square itself is a very peaceful place, with beautiful flowers and some nice gardens. There are also some stores to rent a traditional Chinese dress and make graceful photos. I discovered that during the night this place comes to life!! it's absolutely gorgeous and it's the perfect combination between the ancient China and modern China. You can have a long walk passing by the Park and by the Pagoda and see the water show during the nights. Around the place you cam also find yummy food and during winter you can find hot tea to keep your body warm.
