🎒Trip preparation:
🌞The ultraviolet rays at the seaside are very strong. Arm coolers, breathable sun hats, and sprays should all be prepared.
👟For shoes, it is recommended to wear hiking boots. The mountain roads can be slippery after rain, and these types of shoes with strong grip are definitely the right choice.
🧤Gloves can really save your life. You need to climb rocks and chains along the way, and I bought training gloves that provide very good cushioning.
🥤Hydration is key, as you will sweat profusely and lose a lot of fluids. Prepare some functional drinks, beverages that replenish salt. (There will be some supply stations along the way where you can buy water and functional drinks, but they are much more expensive than retail outside)
☂️To prevent sudden rain, rain gear is better safe than sorry. I personally recommend buying outdoor raincoats, as umbrellas are not very convenient during climbing.
🍱Dry food for the road, snacks like nuts, eight-treasure porridge, alkaline fruits (such as bananas, oranges, apples) can help alleviate the soreness after exercise.
⛳It is recommended to join some hiking groups, with shuttle service and experienced leaders guiding you, and they will teach you some climbing techniques on the way.

🔴The entire coastline is mountainous ➕ rocky paths.
When walking on rocky paths, try not to rush, as it's easy to miss a step and sprain an ankle. When climbing mountains, try to keep a distance, be careful of falling rocks ahead, and some steep climbs are about 70 degrees. When climbing, try to use both hands and feet, although it consumes a lot of physical energy, it will be much safer.
🔴If you run out of strength, you can call for a speedboat 🚤, contacting a speedboat can take you directly to the beach. Don't overdo it, walking the mountain roads behind when you are out of strength can be very dangerous.
🔴When you reach the Red Flag station, there are singers singing, watching the sea, listening to music, replenishing some water, and relaxing from the journey's fatigue.
🔹Although it's really tough along the way, it's really cool to stick it out.
