It was incredibly exciting to learn about a restaurant that offers a wide range of Javanese dishes in Jakarta. The restaurant is Java Kitchen, which has branches in various locations across the city. I visited the one located inside Central Park Mall with a friend to try the food, and I found myself facing a dilemma about which dishes to choose. All the traditional Javanese cuisines looked delicious and were sold at very reasonable prices. The restaurant is crowded on weekends, especially during lunch hours. You don’t need to reserve a table; you can just walk in and choose the food from its stall. Enjoying the Javanese flavors is a delightful experience.
