There is a new cafe in PJ - Bijou Cafe is currently in trial operation. It is hidden behind Ara Damansara Cantara Residence. 😍😍I discovered that it has no signboard. If I hadn't seen customers sitting outside drinking coffee, I might not have found it.🤣🤣 The overall style of the cafe is pure white, with a touch of Nordic style. Every corner is beautiful and easy to check in. There are indoor and outdoor seats, but there are not many seats🥰 In addition to coffee, there are also some pastry and nasi lemak bungkus. Bijou Café in Ara Damansara is a hidden gem that offers a cozy and relaxing ambiance. The glasshouse-style structure allows plenty of natural light, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere. The menu is well-curated, featuring a mix of local and Western delights. Their coffee is rich and aromatic, perfect for caffeine lovers. One standout is their almond croissant, which is buttery, flaky, and packed with a delicious almond filling. For a heartier meal, their nasi lemak is a crowd favorite, though it sells out fast. Service is friendly and efficient, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The outdoor seating is a nice touch for those who prefer dining in a more open space. Love their glass house concept. The food and drink taste decent. It was okay. I went on weekend so the queue long. Need to queue for 20 min and another 20 min for the drink to arrive. In future maybe they can improve on their serving time. Other than that the place is beautiful. Hidden away in the quieter side of Ara Damansara sits Bijou, a small cafe that should be a blueprint of how cafes should be. It's humble entrance welcomes you to a very simple but chic decor inside, and one gets the really chill vibe going on. Not too many tables inside as the majority of space is taken up by the service counter. However, there are more tables and chairs outside where it's been decorated with a garden setting. When I walked in, the sounds of the Gorillaz permeated the air, and I found that it was coming from a turntable spinning the vinyl near the back of the shop. In fact, they have a collection of vinyls to spin there, and that was one of the coolest parts of this cafe. There's a selection of nice pastries and cakes to choose from at the counter to accompany your cuppa nicely. Prices are moderate, and not expensive. Come for the drinks, and relax away inside.
