It was raining all day yesterday in Tokyo, i worried that the flowers would fall off and I decided to go to Tamachi station and walk to Shibaura where I used to live. Not many people come to see the flowers here but it is very beautiful. And watching flowers and the lines of people putting up umbrellas in the rain is something romantic,which I couldn’t feel when come to other crowded places like Nakameguro or Shibuya. The store is located on the corner of Hiroobashi intersection, the main street in front of Hiroo Station. After waiting in line for a little while, you enter the store and see the "Butter Croissants" and "White Truffle Salt Breads" on display. There are also many other items such as baguettes and savory breads, and freshly baked bread is frequently replenished, so even if there is a line, there is no need to worry about shortages. The "Freshly Squeezed Cream Buns" are displayed refrigerated, so they are located next to the register. I was looking forward to the Japanese cuisine of the Ichimoku Sansho Group. The interior is stylish, and the tableware and dishes are beautiful. They provided detailed explanations of the dishes, and it was a busy night of listening, eating, and drinking, but it was a very satisfying evening. The staff were kind, and halfway through, they started recommending drinks that would go well with the next dish, so I was able to choose drinks in a pairing-like fashion, which was really great! Every drink he crafts is like a performance. Highly recommend the bar seat when booking in order to see him make the drinks right in front of you. Head to their Instagram highlights to see what is available to order and just show them the cocktail you want. Because they do not have an actual menu. Staff speaks English too so it’s really a plus there! Cocktail is more expensive but considering it’s holiday and we will chilling and seeing him crafting so many cocktails were really like a show, so still worth it in my opinion.
