Auberge Suzukane, a hidden detached inn in Bandai Atami Onsen, is truly a hideaway. The spacious two-story guest rooms are spacious enough to accommodate two families, and because they are independent, you can spend a very quiet and luxurious time. The atmosphere of the shop is quiet and relaxing. The concrete and wood-like interior goes perfectly with the books, making it very stylish. It's not large, but maybe because the ceilings are high? Additionally, free small lockers are available, adding to the convenience of the visit. While the permanent exhibition may not be the best, the temporary exhibitions are excellent. I went to Lucky Park in Fukushima, which I've always wanted to go to🫶 The reason why Lucky Park is in Fukushima is because Lucky is Fukushima's cheering Pokemon, and the park has playground equipment based on that motif, so it's called Lucky Park👀 Other than Lucky, there are also Beloringa, Pikachu, Pii, and Puppin... #AccommodationReview ~ Hotel Alpha One Koriyama ~ A hotel in Koriyama, Fukushima Prefecture. It's about a 10-minute walk from Koriyama Station, and there's a convenience store on the first floor, so it's very convenient. I didn't book a hotel until the last minute, and there was only one room open late at night, so I booked it. It was really helpful. The amenities were minimal, and you could pick up anything you needed in the lobby on the first floor. There were both antibacterial and disposable slippers. The shower water pressure was fine, and bath salts were provided in the bath. Pajamas were also available. In the lobby on the first floor, there are travel guidebooks such as Rurubu, which can be used as a reference for sightseeing in Fukushima Prefecture. #timetotravel Back on the ground, I spent the rest of my time at Shingu Kumano Shrine wandering around and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. “Nagatoko” translates as “long floor” and the structure would make an excellent outdoor banquet spot if they would set up some tables and chairs. It’s a wide-open space (27 x 12 meters in area) with a roof and no walls, and it offers some interesting angles and views of the immediate area. My photography-inclined friends busily explored these for artistic possibilities. The rest of the shrine area is nice, though typical of what you can see at a thousand other shrines in Japan. I liked the dragon’s-head fountain, and did my best to rinse my hands and mouth in the prescribed method. No matter how often people tell me how to do it, I feel like I’m learning again every time I visit another temple or shrine.
