The Hulu Cafe Bandar Bukit Raja As an avid fan of matcha, I can confirm that this cafe serves the best matcha in klang valley other than Niko Neko. I bet you can tell from its own colour. Price range was from RM10-30 and the foods were also amazing. They opened from 11am till evening. Out of so many restaurants, this is one of my personal favourites. Tender and juicy pork ribs, the broth was rich, flavourful and not oily. The claypot Bak Kut Teh has an aromatic taste with a subtle hint of sweetness, bean curd skin was so tasty, everything complements well with the white rice. They also serve dry Bak Kut Teh, but I prefer the soupy type. Service was quick, food served within 15 minutes. This time, we will introduce some of the most popular restaurants in Klang that we highly recommend! ⭐️Yong Xiang Bak Kut Teh This is a popular restaurant in Klang, the home of Bak Kut Teh. It was very crowded when I went there around lunchtime on Sunday. I got a numbered ticket from an uncle and was called number 4 (Sue), and when I said my name, I was shown to an outside seat. There was no menu, and it seems that I had to look at the one on the wall first. For now, I ordered soup bak kut teh and dry kut teh (22rm per plate each), a small serving of fried lettuce for 7rm, a large serving of rice for 1.5rm and yu tiao for 2rm, and cold Chinese tea for 0.8rm. For some reason, they brought me hot tea that I didn't order, but they took it away when I asked them lol Please disinfect the bowls containing your fork and spoon by filling them with hot water from a nearby boiling kettle. As it is a popular restaurant, both the dry and soupy dishes were extremely delicious. If you ask the staff, they will give you some chopped garlic, but if you're eating Bak Kut Teh soup, be sure to ask for some! I particularly liked the soup because it wasn't too rich. The You Tiao was crisp even when it was cold, the stir-fried lettuce was slightly sweet and crisp, the fragrant rice... and the sides were all GOOD too!
