I wanted to try the tenderloin cutlet and cheese-filled cutlet, but most of the menu items were sold out, leaving only three options available. So, I ordered one of each: Black Pork Japanese-style Cutlet, Black Pork Western-style Cutlet, and Spicy Black Pork Western-style Cutlet. After placing the order and making the payment, I waited a bit longer.
When I cut into the cutlet with a knife, the slightly pinkish hue made it look delicious. If you prefer it cooked more well-done, you can let the staff know. As expected, the spicy cutlet was hot, but it turned out to be spicier than I anticipated, especially for someone like me who can't handle much spice.
This is the Japanese-style cutlet. The rice is served separately in a bowl, and condiments like mustard, pink salt, and truffle oil are provided for dipping the meat.
The cutlet was thick and satisfying. Pairing it with mustard, pink salt, and truffle oil made each bite delightful, and before I knew it, the cutlet was gone in no time. 😊
