The seafood mountain is equally abundant, featuring lobster, bread crab, scallops, snow crab legs, jade whelks, mussels, and more.

The appetizer, salad, cheese, and cold cuts selection is extensive, including fresh salad greens. Highlights include thinly sliced wagyu beef with tuna yolk sauce and capers, house-cured salmon with salmon roe and herb vinaigrette, and deviled eggs with caviar made from free-range eggs.
The roast meat section features roasted wagyu chuck, roasted beef ribs, whole roasted Australian lamb leg, and crispy whole suckling pig. The suckling pig is perfectly roasted with crispy skin and flavorful meat. The teppanyaki section offers grilled tiger prawn skewers, bacon skewers, baked salmon, and sea urchin risotto with confit tomatoes.
Among the hot dishes, the spicy wagyu beef tri-tip stands out with its balanced spiciness and tender, flavorful meat. Other hot dishes include stir-fried clams, lobster noodles, sweet and sour pork, curry chicken, Indian rice, and naan bread.
