Celebrating a New Store Opening

From the end of September to the beginning of October, I was on vacation! After a six-day trip to Taichung with my wife, it was almost Mid-Autumn Festival when we returned. On this day, we went to Lee Tung Avenue to soak in the festive atmosphere. For lunch, we decided to try out a newly opened burger joint. Our favorite N + Burger has opened a new branch at Lee Tung Avenue, and the large red envelope decoration at the entrance is truly eye-catching. There’s an outdoor seating area at the entrance, perfect for those who bring their dogs. This branch has a ground floor and two upper levels. After ordering at the self-service kiosk on the ground floor, we headed upstairs to find a seat and waited for our food. During the grand opening, they were giving out red envelopes, and we won a $20 discount on a burger set meal—yay! They use Twinings tea bags, so the flavor is guaranteed to be good. When I come here, I don’t even need to think—I always go for the Premium Truffle Sauce Beef Brisket Burger! Feeling extra indulgent, I added an Angus beef patty and cheese, making the burger super thick and loaded. Every bite was incredibly satisfying. The beef patty was rich in flavor and juicy, paired with the soft sourdough bun and the aroma of truffle—it’s a taste that keeps me coming back for more. My wife, who doesn’t eat beef, loves their Flame-Grilled Chicken Burger. The pineapple juice bursts out with every bite, perfectly suiting her taste. Their chicken patties are tender and juicy, making it a great option for those who don’t eat beef. The set meal includes fries, but you can pay extra to swap them for other sides like we did! My wife loves the crispy potato wedges, so we ordered an extra portion for her to enjoy! They’re crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with a delightful potato flavor in every bite. The new store also offers something unique—Golden Salted Egg Yolk Lotus Root Fries! Who would’ve thought lotus root could appear in a fast-food restaurant? The salted egg yolk sauce coating the crispy lotus root fries makes them irresistibly tasty. For a healthier option, try the Roasted Brussels Sprouts! They’re excellently prepared, without the usual bitterness, and are incredibly flavorful—perfect for those looking for a guilt-free choice.
