I enjoyed sitting on the beach, watching traditional boats quietly move across the water. The weather was great, with the sun shining brightly, making me feel completely relaxed and at ease. Palawan is the perfect place for those looking to escape to a natural paradise and enjoy pristine scenery.
This island is absolutely stunning! I declare it the most beautiful island in the world.

Big Lagoon: A Beautiful Destination Amid Crowded Shores
Rating:
Without private Tour ⭐️⭐️
With private Tour ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Big Lagoon in El Nido, Philippines, is undeniably stunning, but be prepared for crowds. During peak tourist season, it can get pretty packed, which can take away from the experience.
To make the most of your visit, I highly recommend booking a private tour. This allows you to explore Big Lagoon and other attractions without the crowds. We opted for "Tour A" and "Tour D" with Byahero's Travel and Tours, and it was a great decision.
With our private tour, we were able to arrive at each destination before other tourists, giving us a chance to fully appreciate the beauty of Big Lagoon without the hustle and bustle. The crystal-clear waters and towering limestone cliffs were even more breathtaking without the crowds.
Overall, Big Lagoon is worth a visit, especially if you can arrange a private tour to avoid the crowds. By booking with Byahero's Travel and Tours and choosing the right tours, we were able to enjoy this natural wonder to the fullest.
Last advice: Don‘t fly drone! They loose connection and crash 🤫

#100WaysOfTravel
"Cadlao" which means "laughter" is the name of this lagoon located in El Nido Palawan
El Nido is a municipality on the northernmost tip of the province of Palawan, characterized by awe-inspiring natural beauty, from dazzling lagoons, white sand beaches, rocky islets, and towering limestone cliffs to glasslike waters teeming with abundant marine life. No wonder El Nido has earned nothing but praise from visitors and numerous accolades for being one the best island and beach destinations in the world.
El Nido encompasses over 40 islands peppered across the Bacuit Archipelago, each with its own unique geological wonders but the same natural majesty. Its surrounding waters are a stunning mix of blue-green colors, its palm-fringed beach pockets have powdery sands, and its marine-protected areas offer some of the best diving experiences in the entire Philippines.
Despite being a first-class municipality, the town still has a sleepy and laid-back atmosphere. But El Nido has also seen a rise of numerous establishments over the years, accommodating record-high tourist arrivals in the area of about 150,000 in a year. Accommodations here range from budget-friendly hostels and homestays and mid-range beachfront hotels to luxurious and exclusive resorts.
Puerto Princesa serves as the gateway to El Nido, and together with Coron, these three areas are the most-visited in Palawan.

My Canine Companions: Lessons in Love and Solitude 🐾
My affection for dogs traces back to two pivotal influences – my dad and growing up as an only child. From the outset, my dad taught me that dogs are kin. He imparted lessons on interacting, treating, and respecting them, nurturing a love that knows no bounds. Furthermore, being an only child, my four-legged companions filled the void, offering unwavering companionship. Through ups and downs, my dogs stood by me, transforming even the darkest days. Since my early years, dogs have connected with my energy, resulting in furry friendships wherever I venture. 💖
I want to go back!
Hey there, fellow travel enthusiasts! I recently embarked on an incredible journey to the picturesque El Nido, Philippines, and let me tell you, it was a dream come true. In this blog post, I'm excited to share my wild adventures and experiences from this tropical paradise. So, grab a piña colada and let's dive into the adventure!
Island Hopping Extravaganza
One of the most iconic experiences in El Nido is the island hopping tours, and they absolutely lived up to the hype. I signed up for Tours A and C, and the beauty of the islands and lagoons was beyond words.
Tour A: Sun, Sand, and Crystal Waters
Tour A whisked me away to the enchanting Small Lagoon, where kayaking through the narrow limestone cliffs was like stepping into another world. Then, we explored the Big Lagoon, and the turquoise waters shimmered beneath the towering karsts. I felt like I was part of a National Geographic documentary.
Tour C: Hidden Beaches and Matinloc Island
Tour C was all about hidden beaches, and my heart skipped a beat at Secret Lagoon. It's an adventure just getting inside through a small crevice in the rock, but once you're in, you're rewarded with seclusion and serenity. Matinloc Shrine provided a cultural twist, and the view from the top was breathtaking.
Marine Wonderland Underwater
El Nido isn't just about its above-water beauty; it's a diver's paradise beneath the surface. I went snorkeling and witnessed the vibrant coral reefs, tropical fish, and even a sea turtle casually gliding by. And yes, I may have let out an excited squeal underwater!
Exploring Local Culture and Cuisine
Besides the stunning landscapes, El Nido also offered a glimpse into Filipino culture. The bustling town had a local market, where I indulged in some delicious adobo and fresh seafood. The locals were friendly, and it was a fantastic opportunity to immerse myself in the culture.
Adventure and Sustainability
El Nido is becoming increasingly conscious of its environmental impact, and I was thrilled to see efforts towards responsible tourism. Regulations are in place to protect the fragile ecosystems, and it's reassuring to know that this paradise is being preserved for future generations.
Where to Stay
I stayed in a cozy beachfront bungalow that offered breathtaking views of the sunset. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the sight of crystal-clear waters was pure magic. El Nido has a range of accommodation options to suit all budgets, from rustic hostels to luxurious resorts.
Returning to the Radiant Shores of Lio, El Nido
☀️ It's an incredible feeling to be back at @lioelnido, basking in the warmth of the sun and the beauty of this pristine destination. After yesterday's unforgettable food crawl, I am eagerly anticipating what surprises await us today. With @hunilio at the helm, the possibilities are endless. As I stand on the sandy shores of Lio Beach, my head is in the clouds, lost in thoughts of mouthwatering dishes. This captivating moment, captured by the talented photographer @charlieshotme and enhanced by the skills of MUA @belle.doesmakeup, perfectly embodies the allure of this incredible place. Donning a stunning dress from @stylestaple, I am ready to embark on another adventure filled with culinary delights and breathtaking experiences. Let the journey continue!
Palawan, Philippines - A Tropical Paradise
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the breathtaking island of Palawan in the Philippines, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From its crystal-clear turquoise waters to its lush green jungles, Palawan truly is a tropical paradise.
El Nido, another gem of Palawan, stole my heart with its postcard-perfect beaches and limestone cliffs. I spent my days hopping between small islands and lagoons, snorkeling in vibrant coral reefs, and basking in the sun on powdery white sands. The views were simply breathtaking, and it felt like a dream come true.
Palawan also offers a wide range of activities for adventure seekers. I had the opportunity to go zip-lining through the lush forest canopy of Ugong Rock, which was an exhilarating and adrenaline-pumping experience. Trekking through the Tabon Caves, known for their archaeological significance, allowed me to connect with the rich history of the island.
The hospitality of the locals in Palawan is truly heartwarming. Everywhere I went, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness. The people of Palawan take great pride in their culture and are always ready to share their traditions and stories.
As for the food, Palawan delights the taste buds with its fresh seafood delicacies, such as grilled squid and succulent prawns. The local markets are a treasure trove of exotic fruits, and I highly recommend trying the famous "balut," a Filipino delicacy of a developing bird embryo.
In terms of accommodation, Palawan offers a wide range of options to suit every budget. From luxurious beachfront resorts to cozy guesthouses, there is something for everyone. I opted for a beachfront cottage, allowing me to wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy the stunning sunsets right from my doorstep.
In conclusion, Palawan is a tropical paradise that offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, adventure, and warm hospitality. Whether you are a nature lover, an adventure enthusiast, or simply seeking a peaceful retreat, Palawan has it all. I can confidently say that Palawan has left an indelible mark on my heart, and I cannot wait to return to this island again.

Farewell to Isla Life: Sand, Smiles, and Reflections 🏝😁
These waning days of my sojourn in this island paradise align harmoniously with my vision of an ideal departure – my toes blissfully enfolded by the soft embrace of the sand, a contented grin stretching across my sun-kissed face 🏝😁. The year that has unfolded before me has been a rollercoaster, navigating the peaks of jubilation, the troughs of challenge, and the transformative growth that threads through both ✨. While one part of my being yearns for the familiar embrace of home, the other clings tenaciously to the allure of this haven nestled amidst the azure embrace of the sea. Yet, no matter where I find myself, I am forever bound to the heartstrings of the Philippines, the Pearl of the Orient Seas 🇵🇭, for it is an intrinsic part of my soul's geography.

Corong Corong el nido
Nice beach close to the city.
Easily the nicest beach in El Nido. The scenery here was absolutely stunning and the sand was white and soft. There were not too many people here in comparison to the other beaches we had visited which was really nice. There were plenty of cheap and nice places to eat and drink too. Would definitely recommend going here now before all the resort's around the area are built and it becomes much busier.

Phillipines is famous for their beautiful beaches and El Nido in Palawan island is one of them located in the city of Puerto Princesca.

ipil beach - hidden gem !
Absolutely amazing and must go to ipil beach in el Nido. We were happy our boat driver took us there .
This island beach is really quiet and hardly any visitors were on it. We pretty much island to ourselves. There were some really cute dogs that waited to greet you when you arrive! We had lunch on the island and did give some water for them.
Marimegmeg Beach like a paradise
Beautiful Marimegmeg Beach beach with many F&B establishments. Not the best beach in El Nido but definitely the most developed. Not that crowded, very clean and many good resto, clear water and fine sand and still the view of those mountain/limerocks and trees are beautiful.

Island Hopping sure is one of the main activity in there and a day is not enough to tour all of the island so make sure to be back with different tours to experience. It is also my first time with El Nido and I must say that I can tick it off in my bucket list. El Nido trip accomplished. Till my next trip. #mytripvlog
